During the years my fiancé, our two children, and I lived here, we had a consistently poor experience. Despite being advertised as a gated community, the gates were never fixed. Security was a major issue; our cars were broken into roughly seven times during our tenancy. Management also permitted unlawful towing. My car was wrongfully towed, forcing me to miss a day of work. Maintenance claimed they knocked on my door to ask me to move it, which was entirely untrue as I was downstairs all day caring for my sick son. The tow company only released my vehicle because I had an audio recording of a previous staff member giving me permission to park there. Furthermore, my family members frequently had their cars towed for no reason while parked along the brick wall by the train tracks where all the guest parking is located. Additionally, the grounds are poorly maintained, with severe pest issues including roaches, large water bugs, and black widows everywhere. Given the high cost of rent, I expected a safe and pleasant living experience. Lastly when I signed for a pre move out inspection for a time that works best for my fiancé, they never came and I called about 16 times and no one answered nor called us back. Our appointment was at 11:00 AM, they didn't call back until 15 minutes before closing stating they are very busy and understaffed and a lot of the former employees quit. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this community to anyone.

I went in to apply and oh my goodness Elizabeth was absolutely amazing!! She is the sweetest! Very helpful and she made me feel at home. Helped me through the process of applying and everything. This world needs more beautiful people like Elizabeth 🙌🏼❤️ Thank you hun!

Staff At Heron Point have been very considerate and upholding professionalism yet down to earth. I had Elizabeth facilitate the tour and she made the signing process for me easy and effortless. Now I am apart of the community and I will be enjoying the amenities that the Heron pointe has to offer. I now have a place to call home. Now for the hard part, MOVING IN.Thank You Elizabeth for .making it possible. Blessed.

Loved the apartment I’ve always had an excellent experience with the maintenance personnel, especially Christopher some of the things in my apartment. I’m still not satisfied with such as the dishwasher that’s the only thing that seems to Point, but if you want experience with the apartment at hole, Charles and I we moved here and I didn’t expect. I understand it’s a family environment but I didn’t expect so many kids. Some of them are quite destructive and they linger around your apartment my apartment which is unacceptable but I am satisfied with my unit. I’m very very pleased and perhaps in the future I can get someone up here to check this garbage disposal that’s all thank you Butler.

I was looking for a good home for me and my dogs went in and spoke to Paris. She is a great person to go speak with got me in and out. She’s is great at what she does who ever needs help go get right with Paris.
