My children and I are going on two months here, We're having a great experience. One of the standout aspects has definitely been the maintenance crew. They're always quick to respond to any issues, super friendly, and really go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. It makes a huge difference knowing that if anything goes wrong, it'll be handled promptly and efficiently. While there are a few minor things that could be improved, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The sense of community here is strong, and we've already met some wonderful neighbors.

I lived in this community for more than three years. The district manager, Latasha, local manager Emma, and the maintenance team - Gabriel and Jose were the best! They addressed needs, concerns and maintenance with the upmost professionalism. If it wasn’t for my desire to own my own home, I would have continued to live at Golden Gardens. Thank you Golden Gardens staff for always making me feel at home.

If I can rate lower I would. I don’t even know where to start first my apartment always smells like weed having a newborn and 4 other kids it’s not okay and management never did anything. Second balls breaking my windows along with kids jumping my fence for balls and grown men jumping my fence when my house is full of girls again management never did anything. These kids have foul mouth never supervision over these kids outside never felt comfortable for my kids to be able to be outside. Wouldn’t recommend at all couldn’t wait to leave. The end of my lease couldn’t come fast enough!!! Only thanks I have to give is to maintenance Jose for always helping and working hard. Don’t move to apartment 121 unless you want kids,grown men jumping your fence and your apartment smelling like weed 24/7 never any peace

My wife and I, along with our five kids, moved into Golden Gardens earlier this year, and it’s truly been a great experience. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. But what really makes this place feel like home is Louisa, the office manager. She’s not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but she also goes above and beyond to support the residents. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues quickly, or just greeting everyone with a smile, Louisa brings a personal touch that makes a huge difference. She’s the heart of this community, and a big reason why our family loves living here so much.

I have lived here for about 8 months and it's an amazing place to live. I saw some other reviews that mentioned the kids and the noise but that is a testament to what a family oriented place Golden Gardens is. My daughter has made so many friends here and we've had sleepovers and play dates with many of kids from this community. Everyone treats one another like family and looks out for each other and I love that. Also, Tasha is the most incredible property manager you will ever meet. She is so kind and professional and she genuinely cares about making sure the property is kept in good condition and the residents are satisfied. The maintenance staff is SO helpful. They solve issues within 24 hours consistently and they're so kind and accommodating. We recently had a state inspection and were rewarded for the cleanliness and state of our unit. Who does that?? I'll be honest, I was concerned at first because of the area, but moving here was the best decision for us by far. I would absolutely recommend Golden Gardens to anyone. We're so happy to be here.
