Been here for a few months now. I'll share the pros first: In-unit washer and dryer, location, assigned parking, quiet neighbors, friendly maintenance staff. The cons: I've seen a few cockroaches (already reported), A/C issues haven't been addressed for over a month, can be hard to get a hold of management, dog poop everywhere (not management's fault but I wish the rules were enforced more consistently), poorly built buildings (everything is just a little crooked). I'm locked in for a year, but I'm hoping it gets better.

I moved here a month ago, the management and maintenance team are so helpful and approachable. Location is nice as it is near to groceries and other stores. I am just kinda concern with my door lock as there is no other 2nd lock, but so far, i am safe and the community/apartment complex seems peaceful and safe. Thanks. Update: I just moved out as I bought a house. Stayed in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. This is an honest review. Location was perfect- near groceries (Walmart, Costco, Island Pacific and those big stores), restaurants, freeways, hospitals; it has trees and plants, well maintained by the management; maintenance and leasing office staffs were helpful and made themselves available as much as possible. Though my unit is a bit old and needs renovation, I cannot complain more for the rent price. Thank you, Foxwood. Attached are some of the pics I've taken during my stay. Management lied, letha discriminated against my Boyfriend and I because we are a younger couple. They took our entire deposit lied about fees after moving out. We Moved in while the unit wasn’t fully renovated and ready. Then blame us for simple renovations. Carpet cleaning, blinds needing to be changed when I spent days cleaning and took care of the apartment. Accusations of cars being hit without any camera footage when physically it wasn’t possible for my smaller car to scrape the paint on the huge truck LOL Would not recommend.

As a women I feel unsafe here the management had gave consent to maintenance to come into my home as I was naked taking a shower now everytime they ride by on their go carts smirking at me as I feel so much in disgust off the situation sadly & I was startled because I live alone. Very poor management she’s a older Spanish Lady with glasses that takes advantage if its a maintenance issue and will walk in your apartment without consent like she lives with you and sleep in the same bed as you a very mean outspoken woman.
