I’ve called the place home for almost 4 years. I LOVE IT! While some units turn over regularly there is a nice core of residents who look out for each other and make it feel like home. The recent transfer of property management to Manco Abbott has been INCREDABLE- they are super responsive and have taken care of long standing issues. My only complaint is we have outgrown our unit and the waiting list to get into a larger unit is longer than I’d like. Perspective residents should be aware that the units inside the building do not have opening windows or closets.

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. Quite frankly, this apartment complex and my unit in particular, are not functional for a normal person. My unit had no windows, so it was pitch black all of the time. The only light I was able to get in the unit are skylights, which blinded me every morning because of the way the unit is laid out. The unit was loft style, with the bathroom being on the ground floor and the “bedroom” (if you can even call it that, because there are no closets) upstairs, so if you ever go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, expect to have to run down the stairs. There is no way to get fresh air in the unit, except by opening the front door and you weren’t even able to do that because of the amount of flies/bugs that were always around and would come into the unit. Everytime you cook, the smoke alarm would go off, because there is simply zero circulation in the unit. In one instance, one of the neighbors had a false grease fire and smoke alarms were going off throughout each unit along with an obnoxious alarm blaring throughout the complex. Not to mention, there is no dishwasher, absolutely no storage anywhere in the unit, no closets and 2 washers/dryers for the entire complex to share, with most residents forgetting their laundry in the washer, so if you enjoy living comfortably at all, do not move here. Add all of this on top of extremely thin walls, and neighbors who party and play karaoke until 1AM, and it is not desirable in the slightest. Only writing this review to the poor applicants who have no idea what they’re getting themselves into. If you can rent an apartment literally ANYWHERE else, I would.

They are under contract to post listings, even when they don’t have anything available. Call in and absolutely rude and dismissive. Don’t post if you don’t want people to call in.
