Just like any apartment community there are pros & cons. My rating is an overall perspective based on my living experience at Vivere going on 2 years. Spacious floor plans, decent parking, small quaint community, prime location, little to no loitering, very peaceful & quiet + responsive caring management. These are the majority of my top priorities. I’ve been tempted by other newer construction as I am accustomed to newer interiors, but many other surrounding communities have parking issues, noisy/thin walls, pet odor & extremely high pricing. There’s no aesthetic that’s more valuable than my peace & cleanliness. That’s why Vivere is the best place for us. I wish it was a little cleaner particularly common areas like trash rooms, hall & stairways but I’m hopeful considering there’s always room for improvement wherever we live.

Even though it was a Sunday, Jimmy went above and beyond by coming out to fix my apartment’s garbage disposal. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and dependable these days. We requested to have our AC fixed two days ago and Jimmy came to our aid. He was knowledgeable and quick to figure out what was happening to our AC and fixed in a timely manner. Very helpful and very friendly thanks Jimmy! :)

Management was very flexible and understanding for my move in! Maintenance responded within 1 day and fixed everything (very small issues, the unit was in great condition when I moved in) immediately. Juan and Alex were super professional and helpful and I look forward to seeing their friendly faces around 👍

We’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and we are satisfied. It’s lovely coming in and the first person that you see is Kitsia. She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly. My daughter runs to her just to say hi every time she sees her. Kitsia is also fast at getting the maintenance personnel to my apartment whenever we need anything. Which leads me to them, the maintenance personnel here is amazing! All of them are very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Alex, Juan and Gerry have always been so attentive with their jobs. They all really go out of their way to be helpful. Lastly, the Flats crew, Audrey, Jason,Mallory and Stephanie are great. When the Loft office is closed, they jump right in and help. We really appreciate you all.
