I had a great experience touring Avanti Apartments with the leasing consultant Andrew Clemmons. He did an exceptional job showing me the community amenities and apartment options, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated his knowledge and helpful attitude throughout the tour. Avanti Apartments left a wonderful first impression and I will definitely consider moving here.

We’ve had the pleasure of living at Avanti for nearly three years, and our experience has truly exceeded our expectations compared to any other property management team we’ve encountered. From management to maintenance to the leasing team, everyone consistently demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and genuine care in everything they do. Any issue we’ve come across has always been addressed promptly, with maintenance typically responding the next day after a work order is placed. That level of efficiency brings great peace of mind. We recently transferred to a larger apartment, and the entire process was seamless. The team provided clear instructions every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had, making the transition stress-free. Another highlight is the location—being in downtown is incredibly convenient, and the parking situation is a huge plus. Unlike many other complexes, Avanti offers great parking without excessive added costs, typically including two underground spaces along with a guest parking pass, plus affordable options for additional spots. Over time, our appreciation for living here has only grown stronger. The staff goes above and beyond to create a positive living environment, never settling for the bare minimum. They truly prioritize resident satisfaction and make you feel comfortable reaching out, no matter the situation. We also want to highlight the wonderful community events organized by AJ, from food trucks to movie nights, which really enhance the overall experience and make this feel like more than just an apartment—it’s a community. All of these details come together to create an exceptional place to call home, something that is increasingly rare to find. I want to leave a very positive review for AJ Ledesma, Community Manager, and Andrew, Leasing Consultant. I compared this community with two other places since I wasn’t familiar with the area, but this one offered exactly what I was looking for — a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets and good-quality finishes, comfortable bedrooms, no humidity or odors, clean common areas, and assigned parking. However, the real highlight is the amazing team. AJ and Andrew made the entire process incredibly easy and always had a great attitude. They helped me with every question I had, and since it wasn’t easy for me to visit Avanti in person, I truly appreciated how quickly they responded to every message — usually within minutes.

I have been living here for close to 3 years. Both AJ and Andrew are fantastic to work with. Approachable, available and active. They have helped me with maintenance requests, emergencies and sensitive mail delivery. Shout out to Cesar the maintenance guy. The resident events are the cherry on top! We have lived at the Avanti Apartments on Broadway in Anaheim for about 6 months now, and we are very happy with everything so far! The open walking space in the community is literally a breath of fresh air. The jacuzzi actually works, too! The staff is wonderful and very responsive. The community is quiet and respectful. And there's a ton of stuff within walking distance: supermarket, restaurants, food, coffee, etc.
