To Whom It May Concern, I would like to take this time to share my experience with Breave Park Apartments. My daughter, Paige, became a resident last year, and from the very beginning, Jeff Miller—the Senior Property Director—has been truly exceptional. Even before move‑in, he was incredibly helpful, and now that my daughter is preparing to move out, he has continued to ensure that the process is smooth and stress‑free. It is clear why he was chosen for this position; his professionalism and customer service skills are outstanding. Jeff has supported both me and Paige in ways that have truly made a difference, and I cannot fully express our appreciation. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Because of this positive experience, I will be recommending Breave Park Apartments to others. The rest of the staff have also been wonderful. Amanda and Melissa have been so helpful, and I have genuinely enjoyed every interaction with them. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter and making her feel safe during her time here. We will always be grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown to our family. Knowing Paige was supported and safe brought us tremendous peace of mind, and that is something we will never forget. Horrible place horrible people..JK Amanda and Jeff =) This place is absolute gold – Immaculate grounds and the friendliest staff! The grounds are kept in perfect order — everything is spotless and well-maintained. Maintenance calls and service requests are handled the same day — no waiting around. The staff is incredibly friendly and actually knows every resident by their first name. They even know all the residents’ pets by name — that personal touch makes such a huge difference. Any complaints or concerns are addressed immediately — they truly listen and take care of things right away. Special shoutout to the leasing office: Amanda (the leasing agent) and Jeff (the director) Pedro and Julio are top-notch professionals — knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. The gym is state-of-the-art, and the lounge/computer room is warm, cozy, and super comfortable. Overall, this community feels safe, beautifully taken care of, and full of wonderful people. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever lived. 5 stars — highly recommend!

UPDATED : 4/11/2025 Shout out to my good friend & Hard worker Tresa Silva, hard worker! Keeps our facilities beautiful & Clean. Hard worker in all weather! Thank you Tresa .. LOVE YOU & the Team. picture says much. Relaxing. Feels like you’re up in the Mountains with Pine Trees all around, walkways are curved. Spacious, room to move. Everyone is fairly respectful of each other. We look out for one another. The most important thing… the STAFF is on top of things, they know you by name and our Dogs name. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.. The grounds are lovely and kept up. A friendly, helpful and fairly united community. Been here for over 10yrs and call it “HOME”.❣️

We have only lived here for 8 months and our car has gotten broken into TWICE already. It’s unfortunate because we really like our unit and the location here but it’s not worth the cost and extreme inconvenience of having to replace your windows and worrying about safety. They stole our gate clicker so they definitely plan on coming back. The staff, maintenance team and the complex itself are really great but this is just a huge issue for us.

Took a tour recently, Amanda was a huge help and was the deciding factor in helping me choose the apartment I liked. I was impressed by how clean and spacious of a community Breve Park is. While it's right near the 91 and 55 interchange, it's surprisingly quiet and tucked away it feels once you're inside the gates.
