Park across katella when it gets busy. I usually have guests park there since it’s 2 hour parking and have never had issues. I’ve been here for a year so far and love it. There were a few minor incidences but nothing to the point that it became a major issue. I really love it here and the staff is very good at helping and solving things right away. The maintenance people, the ladies who clean up around the building, and even the leasing office staff has ALWAYS been nice, welcoming and professional. Everything is always kept clean, and I absolutely enjoy being here.

I had a great experience touring Vivere Flats with the leasing professional Alex Lobertini. He did an exceptional job walking me through the community amenities and apartment options, and he explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated his knowledge and helpful attitude throughout the tour. Vivere Flats left a wonderful first impression and I will definitely consider moving here.

Working with management is a nightmare here! I just moved in, car was illegally towed, management will not provide evidence, threaten with lawers that want to have the last word and does not follow basic fair housing nor take responsibility for lease errors on there end that causes financial problems for their residents down the line. I'll be updating this review.

Wow…. Happy Good Friday and happy Easter. On April 18th 2025 Good Friday my daughter Tiffani Woods came home from shopping Did not feel well thought she should park as fast as possible in case she got sick, she parked in the round a bout @ 11am and management had Her car towed and impounded. She would have left for work at 3:30pm, almost lost her job for lack of transportation. . Her license plate is on file because she had assigned parking. What kind of human does this on a holiday weekend….and guest parking is already assigned to friends of management. Good luck with that Apartment 114, karma has been and always will be my ally. What goes around, comes around. 600.00 dollars to the towing company, so how much does the manager get for this? Manager of the month? Raise from 15.09 and hour to 16.00? The tow company said the manager told the tow company that my daughter was parked in feature tenant parking, Managers are exempt from this posted violation. Do what I say, not what do….

I have been living here for a 6 months now. It’s a decent place to live. Good amenities, neat and clean apartment facilities. Good equipments inside apartment. Guest parking is very tricky. I have never gotten a spot for my guests ever, which sucks. They have only 10 guests spots which are always occupied and 60+ apartments in the building. The only option is to park opposite starbucks which is quiet unsafe. Even after raising this issue multiple times they have not come up with solution.
