The staff are friendly and approachable. They are quick to fix problems that arise. The grounds are well kept and neat. I like the doggy stations with poopie bags and deposit stations. The tenants are nice and even though it sits along Magnolia Ave it's fairly quiet. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a apartment home.

Everything was fine until the construction began. I work night shifts and am currently unable to use my assigned parking space, which is clearly stated in my lease and for which I continue to pay. Management suggests parking on the street; however, when I return from my night shift there are often no available spaces, and on some days street parking is not permitted at all. I would also like to note that the maintenance staff who come to address issues inside the apartments are excellent very professional, respectful, and efficient. Unfortunately, it is disappointing that management decisions are negatively affecting what would otherwise be a very positive overall impression of the apartment community.

I honestly loved this place when anayeli was the complex manager never had any complaints was the best spot to live now that luigi is here i honestly hate it there is always something going on i understand construction is to keep up with the building but i work nights and have to come home to park on the street because i cant use my own car port its completely unfair and for the price we pay to live here it is really inconvenient, the apartments should really figure out a system to give us more parking for days like this very disappointed in the new management luigi also takes everything the wrong way instead of being helpful

Perfect apartments, but they are creating a lot of problems for parking spots due to construction. No estimated days of finishing construction. I am paying big amount of money for rent and not having my parking spot 5 days per week. No cooperation from management.
