I lived here almost 3 years. LOVED it! Spacious apartments, attentive staff (Jenna and Miriam you guys are amazing) Maintenance was super nice all the time! So sad to leave :( from start to finish the leasing office was always there to help with any questions.

I had a great experience with the maintenance team here at Sherwood Apartments Homes. Suat came to perform maintenance behind our dishwasher, and he was outstanding. He was very helpful, polite, and worked very cleanly throughout the entire process. It’s always reassuring to have someone who is professional and respectful of your home. Really appreciate the excellent service—thank you, Suat!

Have lived here 6 years and it just keeps getting better. The apartments in this building have the largest square footage with the most spacious layouts in all of platinum triangle. ( I’ve toured them all ) Every unit has 2 bathrooms, including 1 bedroom apartments. The quality of the finishes are high end and don’t feel cheap like many other high priced apartments in the area. The location is prime! Right between the 57 and the 5 freeways. Extremely convenient to head out in any direction. Living on the top floor, the views are priceless. Mountains one direction, Angels Stadium and Disneyland fireworks, what more could you ask for. But the best part of living here is the staff! Luis and his maintenance team are hands down the nicest, most professional team of people I’ve ever met. Everything I have requested from them has been taken care of quickly and is done with care. Luis clearly takes pride in his work and the care of this building and it shows throughout the whole team. Excellence at its best. The office staff has also been great. Very accommodating to any needs I have brought to them. Ashley the community director leads an amazing team of people here that genuinely go out of their way to make sure we are happy and feel at home. Thank you all for a great experience.

Buyers Beware… a good friend of mine who is Indian / Asian recently applied to rent an apartment in this complex… The listing price on their listing website is $2510 and throughout several other apartment listings websites. However, according to false advertisement… the actual monthly rental price is $2880… hummm…. On top of this specific SCAM.. they refer you to a guarantor program that will charge you $3,280 to move in… on top of an additional $3,393 to move in from the apartment complex itself…. This totals close to $7,000 or so …. just to move in…it would appear that despite this horrible SCAM that perhaps… discrimination is also a factor…luckily the credit report pull is a soft credit report pull….. weeew…. Buyers Beware…

I love coming home! Unit is clean. Stays cool. Love that I have hardwood all over. Very spacious units. Amenities are great too! Staff is also super helpful!!
