It’s been almost a month since I moved into Rise Apartments, and I can definitely say I love living here so far! I fell in love with the layout of my apartment the moment we walked in — we knew right away it was the perfect fit. Coming home to this space every day makes me so happy. The location is amazing, very walkable, and close to Disneyland. We’ve already spent a night watching the fireworks from the 8th floor — such a nice bonus! I also really enjoy the amenities. The gym isn’t huge, but it has a good selection of equipment (although I do wish all the machines were working 😄). They also offer free Pilates classes every Tuesday night! The pool area is lovely, the game room is cozy, and I love the pickleball court. Moving here from Texas was such a smooth experience, and I have Derek to thank for that! When we first toured Rise, we happened to stop by without an appointment, and luckily Derek was available to show us around. He was patient, answered all our questions, and helped us through every step of the process. If it weren’t for him, we might not have found this place. Thank you, Derek!

Living at Rise Apartments in Anaheim has been such an incredible experience, and a huge part of that comes down to the absolutely phenomenal staff. This team goes far beyond what you’d expect—they truly set the gold standard for what a community should feel like. Derek is the definition of professionalism and reliability. No matter the situation, he handles everything with calm confidence and makes you feel completely taken care of. Ashley is an absolute ray of sunshine—her energy is contagious, and she has a way of making every interaction feel personal and uplifting. Fatima is simply exceptional; her attention to detail and genuine care for residents is unmatched, and she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. Brett is incredibly dependable and efficient—he gets things done quickly without ever sacrificing quality, which is such a rare combination. And Jessica is truly the heart of it all—welcoming, knowledgeable, and endlessly kind, she makes everyone feel like they belong the moment they walk through the door. It’s so rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also so genuinely invested in creating a positive living experience. They don’t just manage the property—they build a community. Because of them, Rise Apartments doesn’t just feel like a place to live, it feels like home. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, If I could give this complex 100 stars I would.

When I first came to Rise Apartments, Joseph helped me out, and he was super nice. He explained everything really well about the units, like the prices, how much sunlight they get, and so on. He also showed me all the amenities, which made me decide to sign the lease right away. Before that, I had looked at more than five other apartments, but this one was definitely my favorite. Throughout the process, Joseph and Derek were both really attentive and helped us with all the documents, making sure we didn’t miss anything. We're really happy with how everything went and we really like this apartment!

Derek and Bret were amazing! I moved cross country so I was doing everything blind and they made the process incredibly easy. I had a small AC issue when I moved in and maintenance took care of it immediately the next morning and the guy was so nice.

My roommate and I had an amazing experience working with Derek. He was supportive, attentive, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. I toured around 15 apartments before ultimately choosing Rise, and Derek consistently went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He also emphasized how important resident satisfaction is, which really stood out to us. We’re so happy with our unit and the amenities!
