Used to be awesome until they had this new manager who’s always not available at the office. She keeps the office closed until 11am. Not very friendly and inconsiderate. She probably came from another place where residents don’t pay they rent that’s why she’s being mean in dealing with the residents. She treats the residents like they’re deliquent renters. Totally lacks customer service. Exudes a “DO NOT APPROACH ME, I’M BUSY” aura. I plan to extend my stay, but with this kind of treatment from this new manager, hmmm, lemme think about it. She acts as if she owns the place. She should work in a corporate environment, not at an apartment complex. I hope she gets the same treatment when she needs some consideration elsewhere. Poor customer service. Would not be surprised if people don’t renew their contract here. It’s expensive and with that crappy new manager, forget it!!! Btw, parking is also bad at night. Go look for a better place where management is more approachable.

I’m new here and don't think this is good practice. I think it’s better to be honest when it comes to reviews. When I was apartment searching I put a-lot of weight on what i read online. It’s not ok to bribe for stars. Just think about this, the 5 stars from this period may be because of the raffle

Every night some people smoke weed here. It’s multiple times a night. It seems like these people never sleep. Happens at 12, 2 and 4 in the morning every single night. Also constantly dogs barking until late at night. If you care about noisy smelly night then move right in

Alicia the manager wears these nice cute black outfits every Thursday and Friday. When I moved here approximately six years ago, there were gecko’s crawling around, broken down cars on the property, pot holes, trash on the grounds, and horror stories of auto break-ins. Also there were crack heads and ladies of the night roaming around the premises late at night But when Alicia the manager and Pearl took over, all this stopped. Alicia moved a Nun into the apartment across from me and I believe she sometimes conducts Bible studies. This place is virtually like the Garden of Eden now. The grounds are well manicured and immaculate like an oasis. This is truly paradise Any repairs, power outages, or various problems I have, are addressed almost immediately. I will sadly miss this place when I move. What happened to Alicia, the manager, and Pearl? Where did they go? I’ve noticed in the short time they’ve been gone the negative impact at Regency Here’s some small examples; Sime guy has set up a Mobile Car Wash in the back of the premises, Women have gone wild with these smal pet dogs pooping on every blade of grass, we’ve had at least three power outages in the last week and for some reason my new microwave doesn’t work anymore. They were performing some type of slab construction near the pool and the residents weren’t notified of this. My carport was blocked by a large dump Truck. My suggestion is before the staff come in and sit at their desk in the morning, they make a complete round of the Premisis.

I've lived here since 2019. I haven't experienced any issues living here. The community is serene and safe. The maintenance crews respond in a timely manner to fix things. Management is very helpful. I recently upgraded units from a studio to a 1 bedroom unit. Manger Alicia, Perlita and Melissa were great helping me transition without a hitch. They are true professionals. I highly recommend Regency to future tenants.
