I've been living here for 5yrs now. Been with Multiple managers here Ken, Carlos, Marisol and now Kashe. All brought their own different ways of Managment. Marisol👎 glad she is gone but Other 3 superb. The reason for this review is to commend Kashe on how she actually interacts with the community "my neighbors" hands down the best I have ever experienced. Every other weds there is donuts and juice for kids at Bus stop due to the fact that the kids that go to Loara Elementary "where my daughter attends" is right out front the complex. Kashe also incorporates a family fun night with movies in the pool area as well as a Bingo game played every month for all Tennants for 100 off rent. I'm pretty sure that this is NOT a Remm Group policy being that I have dealt with 3 other managers, but I have to say Kashe your doing a Great job in not only keeping the Apt up to par including the pool, (Thank God because I have stories) but also bringing the community together. Keep up the Great work.. Me and my daughter are looking forward to next movie night!! And Thanks for the donuts this morning!! Kashe, Kashe, Kashe!!👍👍👍

Living at Cross Roads has been an absolute pleasure. The team that runs this place is so attentive, and they are actually pillars of the community themselves. If you ever have a problem, you submit a request and you might have Miguel knocking on the door in as little as 5 minutes!!! they don't mess around here, Miguel is one of the hardest working and nicest people I have ever met. I highly recommend living here to anyone and everyone.

Ken is very nice. He promptly assisted me with just one phone call and was an overall pleasure to work and discuss with. He was very eager to help us and made the process as smooth as possible. Ken is very professional. I heard a lot of good things about him. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this establishment/community. We can’t wait to move and make this place our new home.

Ken has a very good attitude and is a very friendly manager and will do his best to accomadate his tenants. However he moved to Arizona and now the new manager Carlos is horrible. When I moved out in January they charged me 1200$ for paint, cleaning and carpet replacement. The maintenance guy did a walk through and stated all the carpet needed was a cleaning. Make sure you get videos and walk through in writing. Very unprofessional new staff. This is the highest move out charges I have ever in my life received. The parking lot security sucks. My car was broken into twice. Ken warned me when I first moved in to keep nothing in my car. Worst experience ever.
