Went in for a guided tour with Danni and it was so fun! She showed us the studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments.. which were all so beautiful. I truly loveddd the kitchen! So clean and classy :) Can’t wait to apply, the whole apartment complex was awesome.. felt so safe and resort-like! If you ever come to visit/tour look our for Danni! She made our experience so easy (as new renters) and fun! The messaging system was also super helpful! Answered all the questions I had right away :)

I’ve had a positive experience living at Core Apartment. The staff here are very nice, professional, and helpful. Assistant Manager Blanca is professional, responds to emails promptly, and handles concerns very effectively. She has been very helpful in resolving issues we’ve had. Beverly gave us the tour and made the move-in process very smooth. She and Danny at the front desk are friendly and ready to help with anything we need. The maintenance team also responds quickly with issues. The apartment amenities are great, and the location is very convenient.

The apartments and the pool/jacuzzi/lounge areas are absolutely gorgeous. But the mail situation is complicated, and ordering food delivery can be a hassle. We have already lost a few packages. They really should consider hiring doormen. Also the cell reception is pretty bad.

Core Apartments is such a beautiful community. I took a tour at the complex by seeing the pool, clubhouse, and gym. It’s really nice and clean. The staff was quick to welcome me in and provide great customer service. The community manager Danielle was really informative and easy to communicate with. I will be applying and moving in here.

Core Apartments offered "Refundable Holding Deposit" at around $250-300 which I paid but has very MISLEADING information that the applicants should be aware: Ones the application gets approved & ones its past 24 hours, you cannot get it refunded. This is ridiculous because Core Apartment "advertizes" as REFUNDABLE holding deposit & it only tells you about how it's refundable but is not really clear about factors that make it NON refundable. I tried reaching out to Core Apartments for several days to get this refunded but it was Hanna AI that kept messaging me same thing that the agent will contact me soon. It took days for them to get back to me & it is very clear that their services are not really good. For such "Luxury" apartment, its management team are not doing their job properly.
