Just moved into Canyon in December and I absolutely love my new apartment. I Arguably have the best views. Taya was very communicative and helpful and made finding a home stress free. I had a couple maintenance requests and Anthony did them quick within a day, overall highly recommend Canyon Ridge!

Absolutely love it here! Not even a few months in and I feel like I’m already gonna want to stay here for a while. Kyla was the BEST of help! She did a really good job with the touring part, making sure to include any details I needed to know about! Also, LOVE the washer and dryer in unit! It’s so convenient as I spent a lot of money going to a laundromat >•

I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of these apartments and we’ve now been here for two years and just renewed for another! We moved into a clean, spacious 2b2b and have been very happy and comfortable. It’s a nice and quiet area and the front desk staff, as well as the maintenance team, have always been friendly and quick to assist with whatever we’ve needed which is important to us. I would definitely recommend 😊

A very nice community. During my time as a resident Kyla and Meggan have always been very responsive and pleasant. The maintenance crew is also professional. I recommend living here without reservations….you will not regret living in this quiet homely community.

I came into apply and it was an awesome experience. Katrina was amazing at answering any questions I had and showing me around. Office staff very friendly and customer service is excellent. The apartments outside are very clean and beautiful. The area is even more beautiful with the look of the Arizona view. The apartments she showed us is very beautiful, it has a lot of space the appliances and kitchen cupboards are very modern and beautiful. The size of the apartments are perfect. I love the fact that they have washer and dryers inside unit . I will definitely say my application is getting completed I would recommend people I know to live here . It was an amazing experience.
