Daniel helped me navigate getting an apartment quickly! He was very thorough on my tour and made me feel immediately at home! The gym is really nice with squat racks and even a smith machine (!!) and they also have a golf simulator! The pool and Jumbotron are great for having friends over :)

This is the best place you’ll ever live. I can for sure say that I wish I moved here in my sophomore year instead of moving back to the dorms. The pool and gym are private and always open. The jacuzzi is my safe space, and it’s always awesome to come home to after school. The morning and late night shuttles are always on time and made my life so easy. The owner is super nice and on top of things here, so no management or maintenance issues at all since I’ve lived here. The free breakfast was so good and saved me so much money! I love making a waffle every morning. It’s kind of like a hotel. The breakfast area is in the study room, which is really big and quiet. The actual apartments are the best part. I didn’t need to buy furniture because it already had furniture. Washer and dryer in my apartment as well! I’ve never lived so easily. Best decision I’ve ever made! Loved it!

When I went in for the Love Island premiere, The staff was so sweet but Daniel just made my experience 10x better. He was extremely kind and answered everything I asked with clarity. Definitely felt at home, and can’t wait for the next event!

I toured this place over the weekend and everyone was so nice. I was really excited to hear that they have 24/7 amenities and all of the utilities are included in their rent. They even have a complimentary breakfast service and limousine. Can’t wait to move in in the fall!

I went on a tour with Logan the other day and she showed me all these cool things about the apartments. Everything looks so beautiful, luxurious, they have multiple amenities, incredibly friendly people, even great breakfast service! It's like a 5 star hotel.
