Edit - the apartment complex has resolved this issue. Changed rating to 5 stars. Previous review - The amenities are nice. However, the following list of amenities are closed on holidays, when people would use them the most, and when the front desk closes early. The closing of the amenities occurs without notice. I have informed the front desk of this problem 3 times without having the problem be resolved. Pool Side Cabanas with TVs Lagoon Lounge Areas in Pool Hot Tub Spa Entertainment Pavilions with TV's and Outdoor Seating Fire Pit Lounge Area

The staff was super friendly, and the property is beautiful. We loved the amenities, and it's not too far from shopping areas. Whatever questions we had, Samantha and Melissa explained everything in detail and made me feel confident for my future move to Arizona!

Very nice apartment complex. Friendly staff willing to help you. Not an apartment complex that tries to nickel and dime you. Best apartments in Tucson. Can't go wrong with Encantada. Marcos, the Manager was extremely nice and understanding.

Cassandra and Melissa made the apartment tour such a great experience for my partner and I! They're incredibly welcoming, and took the time to walk through every detail of what this awesome community has to offer. Their thoroughness and genuine care really stood out and made us feel confident in deciding to relocate here!

Beautiful property with perfect amenities and modern, well kept interior of the units. Property manager Marcos is awesome as well. However, it is 4 minutes from a landfill with documented high levels of methane emissions leaking and other toxic things you might not want to live by for your health (the city of Tucson is working on fixing this tho) but if that’s not an issue for you; this definitely seems like a really nice, secluded apartment.
