TLDR; Ok for short term renting. Bad for long term renting. Been a resident for five years. Loved being close to downtown but I can’t deal with the issues anymore. The pool is nice but it’s covered in wasps they “can’t find” to exterminate. The reserved parking is nice but the cameras can’t see anything, so no footage when your vehicle gets vandalized. The courtyard is nice when the doors are working. (See photo) The on site laundry is convenient until you have an issue and have to call a third party. The online payment app is helpful, until you see the $10 “convenience” fee. The property seems quiet and beautiful, but the landscaping service shows up at 8am and uses a leaf blower to clean the small courtyard. Every morning. Short term renters tend to be happy, since they usually leave before they realize management has no intent on fixing the problems.

Their maintenance guy told us we could leave furniture for him to take and donate, but when we moved out we were charged $250 from our security deposit for "trash removal." Liars and scammers

Living at The Flats at Julian Drew Blocks has been a great experience. The apartments are comfortable, and the location is ideal—close to many of Tucson’s best spots, making it a convenient place to live. It’s also remarkably quiet, which has made it a peaceful and relaxing place to call home—I know I’m going to miss it so much. The management team is helpful and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. A special thanks to Sergio, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents and who has been such a support to me. His efforts have truly made my stay here more comfortable. Overall, it’s a well-run community in a great location.

Ryan and Sergio were great property managers. Always helpful and anytime something needed to be fixed it was promptly fixed. Lived here for 3 years (studio) and moved to get a bigger space. Don’t regret living here at all- awesome management nice tenants.

I have lived her for 5 months and absolutely love my apartment. The pool and the new fire pit with the comfy furniture are a great area to relax at from a stressful day at work. I love the downtown atmosphere and the close proximity to the freeway as I travel to Phoenix twice a week for my work. Ryan was an absolute gem when it came to any issues I encountered with my out of state move ensuring a smooth transaction when I arrived two days earlier than my expected move in date. I love the fact that there are a variety of professionals that are my neighbors which makes living here an enjoyable and peaceful experience. I would definitely recommend moving here..
