Victoria was the one that helped me out, very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions without having me to ask. She’s a very great representative, i truly appreciate her it’s my first time moving into an apartment and she made me feel comfortable.

I’ve lived at Crossings on Grande since March and it’s a wonderful place to live! The office staff is super friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew and landscaping crew are just as pleasant. Anything I’ve needed, they’ve helped with super quick. The laundry facility is great and the residents are all so nice! There’s lots of kids and families that live here, so my five year old son has had lots of new friends since we moved in. Everyone looks out for one another and I feel very safe here. I recommend these apartments to anyone that’s looking for an affordable and great place to live!

I’ve been a resident here for about 2 years, and I absolutely love living in this community. The management office team is always helpful and professional, responding quickly whenever I need assistance. The maintenance team is fantastic—fast, efficient, and friendly. This place truly feels like home, and I sincerely appreciate the care and attention given to residents. I’m proud and happy to call this my home ! ❤️

Don't waste 20 minutes filling out the application unless you are okay with a non-refundable $250 application and unit fee. $250 NON-REFUNDABLE FEE just to apply for a tiny apartment right in the hood is absolutely diabolical. EDIT: Response from owner: "Unit fee is refundable up to 3 days of approval." However, this was not told to me in the emails (see photo) The Crossing on Grande's management team should really emphasize that in their response which they neglected to do. Terrible business practices.

Wonderful and kinds renters. They are accepting and accommodating to family's with small children. Friendly people. Quick to fix any issues with apartments. All around AMAZING 👏
