Great downtown location! The apartment homes are big and spacious. Washer and dryer included, and I love the upscale fixtures. Bathrooms are huge! I also really like the floor to ceiling windows that let in the downtown views. Having direct access to the underground garage is a huge advantage as well. Loved my time here!

Jordan has been absolutely amazing. She is super easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and always responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. From day one, she’s made the entire living experience smooth and stress-free. Without question, she’s the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance.

Rendezvous Urban Flats is hands-down one of the best places to live in Tucson. The location is perfect—close to downtown, great food, and everything you actually want to be near. The building feels modern, clean, and well cared for, and the units are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Jordan has been responsive and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference. The whole place just has a cool, urban vibe without feeling noisy or chaotic. If you want something that feels both convenient and well-designed, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

The first time we toured the apartment, they gave us a price and a promotion because we were renting in January. Supposedly, we were going to receive a gift card, but we never got it. They also told us that choosing a 12‑month lease would be cheaper. However, when it was time to move in and sign the lease, they raised the price. We were already prepared to move in, so we felt like we couldn’t say no. Throughout the year, there were constant issues with the trash. We were never sure if it would be picked up, and the hallways often smelled because of the uncollected garbage. The entrance to the underground building, near the elevator, was always very dirty. The apartment inside has very cheap and flimsy cabinets. The maintenance worker was the only person who was courteous; aside from him, management had poor customer service skills. The move‑out process was complicated, and they didn’t help us understand what we needed to do. Communication between the apartments and Conservice was also difficult. When they charged me for a bill I didn’t owe, I tried calling the office, but my calls were automatically sent to voicemail every time. They never answered, so I had to go in person to fix the issue. This place is overrated and expensive. There are places downtown with better customer service, better quality, and better amenities.
