My husband and I have been living at Presidio Palms Apartments for nearly two years. We've had a wonderful experience; the community feels very safe, and the management team is very kind, understanding, and easy to reach. They even provide thoughtful treats for residents on different occasions. It is a beautiful, scenic place to live!

Great location near freeway, loop and downtown. Very quiet for the area. Studios and 1 bedrooms only so not many families. Amenities are pretty nice, mainly the huge pool and grills with plenty of room. Staff is responsive and helpful, especially Annahi. Probably the best value in downtown Tucson.

It's been a pleasure living here. I will for sure miss the amazing management here Judith and Annahi thank you for all your kindness. 💕Great/safe place for college students. Very Quite atmosphere. Neighbors are very respectful to each other. For sure 💯 a great place to live. Without a doubt.

I was struggling to find a home, but everything changed when I visited Presidio Palms. I've been saying no to apartments for so long, but Judith from the office showed me some amazing offers and walked me through the options and I liked with one on the spot! She was super helpful and communicative, making the whole process a breeze. I'd totally recommend chatting with her if you're looking for a new home And the rest of the team is awesome too , super nice and welcoming!

We are extremely disappointed with how Presidio Palms handled my father’s move out and security deposit. My father is a retired disabled military veteran, and I hold Power of Attorney and handled all communications. Management requested that we return the keys in December 2025 after maintenance was completed. We complied, and from that point forward, management had possession of the apartment. My father no longer had access. The lease officially ended in February 2026. A refund check for $380 was issued with $120 withheld and no written itemization provided. After not receiving the check, we followed up. The envelope was postmarked the same day we contacted them, suggesting it may not have been mailed until after our follow up. When we asked about the $120 deduction, we were initially told it was for cleaning. During that same call, staff placed us on hold and returned stating the deduction was made in error and the remaining deposit would be refunded. We were told a manager would call back. No call came. When we followed up again, we were given a completely different explanation citing damages and cleaning. During a later in person visit, management referenced photos taken months after they had possession of the apartment. To date, no written itemized explanation has been provided and the remaining deposit has not been refunded. This experience has involved inconsistent communication, lack of transparency, and poor follow through. Based on how this was handled, we are concerned this may not be an isolated situation. We hope management reviews this situation and improves how they handle residents, particularly when dealing with move outs and security deposits.
