My experience living in the Monier building – Apartment 237 Apartment 237 is a corner unit located near the building’s trash compactor and across from the Mercado, on the side where the dumpsters are kept and delivery trucks park. While we were aware of this prior to moving in, we did not realize that trash service begins as early as 6:00 a.m. and occurs multiple times throughout the day. Deliveries also happen several times a day. The trucks are extremely loud, with beeping while backing up, and many are refrigerated, so their engines run continuously. This creates a significant amount of daily noise, including on Sundays. If you work from home please be aware that the noise is several times a day, throughout the day and it is loud with or without the windows open. Because of the noise, it is difficult to open the windows for fresh air, which is unfortunate given Arizona’s generally great weather year-round. Although management works with the Mercado to keep the dumpster doors closed to help prevent odors from traveling into the apartments, they are often left open. Additionally, there is a vent in the master bedroom that allows odors from the Monier Building’s trash area below to enter the apartment. The apartment has extremely thin walls, making it easy to hear neighbors’ everyday activities, including restroom use, showering, phone alarms, and even sneezing and coughing. On a positive note, the building itself is well maintained. Management is responsive and promptly addresses concerns, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The residents are also respectful and kind, which is appreciated. I have had no personal issues or difficulties with Monier staff or residents; I am simply sharing my experience.

The Monier is a beautiful complex in a great part of town. The building is modern, stylish, and unlike anything else I've seen. Val is so incredibly kind and patient, and she really took her time helping me find the perfect apartment. I couldn’t be happier!

This is the premier place to rent in Tucson, the leasing agent Val is incredible and exceed every expectation. My apartment is a dream and I cannot imagine a better place to live!

I had a fantastic experience with Val, the community/leasing manager, at this apartment complex. She was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Her friendliness made the entire renting process smooth and pleasant. The apartment complex itself is equally impressive—it's well-maintained, always clean, and provides a very nice living environment. Highly recommend both the complex and Val for anyone looking for a new place!

The building and apartments are beautiful! Everything is brand new with stainless steel appliances, and really nice washer and dryers. I toured so many apartments in Tucson and Monier was hands down the best. I love the location, and the gym with rooftop access! A huge reason why I love Monier is because of Val who is the apartments management. I have a very unique medical condition and this is my first apartment since becoming ill. Val was genuinely understanding, and that was extremely comforting to me. The property management only wants the best for you, and are very responsive if I need anything. I’ve been here for a couple of months and I’m so happy I chose to live at Monier!
