I was happy to live here for as long as I did. Even in a studio it was comfortable, pretty quiet, and very safe (especially for a place in that area at that level of affordability). Terry was always quick to handle any issues with my apartment (up to and including replacing the fridge within 2 days and checking on my aquarium for me when I was unexpectedly stuck out of town). Both Teri and Terry were always friendly and polite, and I didn't have any issues with them while I was there. The laundry rooms and parking lot were always clean and well-maintained, and the office always let me know promptly when I had packages. I was honestly sad to leave.

Absolutly amazing, I miss the tenants, the managers, the little apartment! Its a little piece of paradise right outside of the downtown area, its quiet, and you get your own little yard with a gate if you rent down stairs, the laundry rooms are clean and secure. Best laundry rooms ever! The apartments are small, but for one girl and her cacti it was perfect! The parking lot is spacious and there is always room for your car and all your friends to park as well. The on sight managers Terry & Terri are two of the most compassionate people i have meet in my entire life. Honestly i would not be where i am today with out them! I miss them very very much! When i was living there, my bf at the time had a death in the family that lead to us moving back to Florida, He had to leave first leaving me to pay the bills while he worked out things with his family. They helped me with getting the lease on my apartment moved over to someone else so that i could move to Florida, they were very compassionate and they even helped me move some of my bigger furniture. I hope you guys see this one day and know that it meant the world to me. Thank you guys!!! If you are looking for a quaint apartment and lovely managers this place should be your first and only stop!

The best decision I have ever made was moving into this apartment complex. It’s safe, there’s a beautiful community of people and the best part about it is Terry and Terri. They are the most caring, helpful and pure hearted people. This is my first apartment and I plan on staying here for a long time. The studio apartment is perfect for a single person and it’s able to fit quite a lot of stuff. It’s an open space so it’s perfect. When it comes to maintenance everything gets taken care of right away. The place is clean, safe and they just installed a new gate to secure the area. I forgot to mention quiet! This is a perfect spot for short or long term. I love it here!!

Chose to rent here before ever visiting or coming to Tucson because of the reputation and I was not disappointed. Terry and Teri are absolutely amazing, friendly, kind, and always willing to help. They keep the complex in amazing shape and respond to requests immediately. I’ve had an amazing experience here and would recommend renting here whenever there are openings, you won’t regret it!

I took this apartment sight unseen while still in Indianapolis. Everything went seamless. I sent the funds for security deposit and all. When I arrived Teri wanted to know if I wanted to look at the apartment before finalizing. It's a nice comfortable studio. Has 2 grills and picnic area. Location is SUPURB . For those who use mass transit 5 bus lines service the area. Close to U of A and a quick trip, less than a mile from all the downtown activities. Building is clean and quiet. There is a nice mix of seniors and college kids. They are proactive in fixing anything. Teri asks me when I go to the office if everything is OK. I'm a senior and an apartment became available so this is why I'm moving. This is a small apartment community. I've lived in a lot of places and have never felt more comfortable. This is DEFINETLY a place that a single person or couple should not overlook in there apartment search. It's a Little Oasis.
