We’ve lived here for almost two years and are very satisfied. One of the best things is the maintenance! We call and they arrive within a couple of hours, night and day and weekends. Jose Guardado has been here several times ( it’s an older property) and is clean and efficient. They all are! The office staff is polite and they host fun events for the residents. There are two saltwater pools on the property that are kept in pristine condition amid the landscaping is beautiful. When we moved in , I needed some handicapped bars and they put them up exactly where I asked for them. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Glad we rent here!!

Please please please be aware of this place, learn from my mistake! Keep in mind I never fully moved in due to the issues. I took possession 3/13/26 per the lease, and was totally moved out 3/28/26. Don’t let the leasing office fool you because it’s decorated very nice, nothing like the units. First and foremost this is NOT a smoke free community (and don’t dare count on them to offer up this information) therefore your neighbors that are cigarette smokers are allowed to smoke inside of their units and the smell WILL come into your unit via the vents and HVAC system and fill up your entire place! Prepare to be gaslit and told that the neighbors only smoke on their balcony, but what smoker would only smoke on their balcony when they’re allowed to smoke in their unit? And if that were the case why would my unit smell as if I smoke inside of it? So if you’re not a smoker, have a serious health condition, or children prepare for heavy second hand smoke exposure! Oh and the Ozone machine that they will offer to use to get rid of the smoke WILL NOT WORK so don’t bother. When I first saw the unit there was fresh paint which covered up the smoke smell. Secondly, beware of the roaches, I took possession of a unit that had roach eggs in the kitchen (also a dead roach in the bedroom closet), and other bug matter, the dishwasher was full of mold and the light switch covers were filthy, baseboards filthy, side of the fridge and dishwasher filthy, so I could only imagine what was hiding behind and underneath the dishwater and fridge. Have you ever took possession of a unit that you literally had to clean before moving in, like literally scrub and deep clean? (I didn’t see this until I got the keys at which point the lease was already signed). DO NOT sign anything before thoroughly inspecting the unit from top to bottom, front to back, I made the mistake of doing them a favor and going against my own interest and signing before being given the keys (because the leasing agent was “going to be busy with 7 move ins” on my actual move in day) and now I’m out of money because TX law favors landlords and allow them to take full advantage of tenants when they’re in the wrong and at fault. Are these units upgraded, cheaply yes, very cheap upgrades, the inside of the cabinets are dark brown which makes it hard to see inside, which had me afraid to use the cabinets due to bugs which I’m terrified of. Moral of the story is I took possession of a unit that was uninhabitable, smokey, infested and filthy, overall a threat to my health (physical and mental) which has caused a tremendous amount of stress, anxiety and trauma, also unnecessary second hand smoke exposure, and money due to being charged an “early termination fee” (which I paid because I care about my credit, livelihood and also needed to find another place to stay), I’m being penalized because I take my overall health seriously and didn’t want to live in filth, a bug and smoke filled unit where I have to constantly be on edge, not happy, upset daily and have my personal items damaged from smoke. Please do your due diligence…

By far my favorite apartment complex in Arlington. I lived here with my friends for a year and a half and we had barely any complaints, and the few we did have management resolved quickly and efficiently. Nice little area with the Tom Thumb grocery store, the library, and the amazing Jay Jay Cafe in a walkable distance, I would live here again if I ever found myself in Arlington again. Parking was plentiful, which was a major plus for me because I got off work extremely late and it was always frustrating at other places I've lived to have to walk halfway across the complex to go to bed.

I lived in this location for the past 3 years, in a studio apartment. The layout is great and optimizes the small space. The closets are so large for the small space. The location is amazing being close to so many stores and in walking distance to a public library. The staff have always been so so nice and helpful.

This is a great place to live. I lived here for almost four years and didn’t have any issues. Moved out April because I needed a three bedroom home or townhome. The management is good, staff nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Office manager Maria is great; and she listens to the tenants. Maintenance staff are hands on and knowledgeable. Clean environment; lots of upgrades in the apartments. I never do public reviews but thought to let them know of the good work they are doing. I will definitely recommend family and friends.
