Honestly, this review has been long overdue. I was about to be without a home after some personal disagreements with my roommates and then I came across some really helpful individuals - Linda (the property manager), Danielle and Janet. Linda and Danielle helped me with the process oh so quickly and got me a studio in just 3 days. I'm ever so thankful for these individuals for getting me a home so quick. They genuinely care about you and are more than helpful and pretty straightforward with all the processes as well. The surrounding neighbours are quiet and peaceful as well. Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am are greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment!

The leasing office consultant Delilah was amazing! They were welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure I understood every step of the leasing process. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. And I’m super excited to make this place home. If you’re looking for an apartment stadium 700 is the place.

We reported an issue with our shower to the office, the next day Yandi came out. He was very professional as well as nice and respectful. He explained the issue with our shower and fixed it in a quick and timely manner. We couldn’t be more happier with the service we received!! Thank you!!

Stadium 700 offers top-quality apartments with outstanding amenities and a great atmosphere. The customer service is exceptional,especially thanks to Nataly Castro. She’s professional, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond. Plus, she’s absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended.
