I had a great experience working with Britney and Jeovani from start to finish. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they made sure I understood all the details before moving forward. What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail. Britney and Jeovani kept me updated at every step and made the application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they both care about providing excellent service and making residents feel comfortable and confident in their decision. Overall, I highly recommend working with Britney and Jeovani. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and seamless.

My son stays here and the first time I came to visit I thoroughly enjoyed the property. The amenities are nice and it is quiet where he stays in the community. I went back to visit recently and I could not leave fast enough. There were so many bugs. They are everywhere. All types of bugs. My skin was crawling. I could barely sleep. I asked my son if he noticed an increase in bugs and he said a little. Fast forward to a week later he called me and was like I can not take this- there are bugs everywhere. Spiders, ants, gnats and roaches. I assume he didn’t notice as much because he travels so much for work. He is on a short term lease so he will be moving soon but he is literally afraid to move anything into his new place because of the bugs he has here.

I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the unsafe conditions at this apartment complex following the snow and ice storm we experienced last week. Unfortunately, the property was not plowed or treated with ice melt even once. As of today over a week later the south side of the complex still has thick, unaddressed ice. On Monday morning, I had to assist a pregnant mother who was terrified to walk across the ice due to the very real risk of falling and potentially harming herself and her unborn child. I have personally witnessed multiple residents of all ages, including elderly individuals, slip and fall because of these hazardous conditions. Additionally, at least two or three residents felt forced to take matters into their own hands by using personal tools to shovel ice and snow just to create a safe walking path. This should never be the responsibility of tenants. We pay thousands of dollars in rent, and basic safety measures especially during severe weather should be a priority. The lack of action taken to ensure safe walkways is unacceptable and shows a disregard for resident safety. As a community and as a property, we deserve proper maintenance and care, particularly in situations that pose such a high risk of injury.

The reviews about parking is no joke and not people being dramatic. Plan on leaving after 10pm to go out for the night? Good luck finding a spot when you get back, there will be car vultures waiting for an open spot. I look out the parking lot at night and not a single spot is open. Waking up in the morning you will see several cars parked in fire lanes. I've been documenting this and hanging onto to this hoping this is resolved before getting Fire Marshalls and all involved as its a serious concern. Have a safe controlled overflow lot, reduce the covered parking spots, so residents don't have to make up parking spots or walk across a street with no crosswalk to get home, which isn't even officially related to the apartment complex its a Dave and Busters parking lot.... The staff is amazing, shoutout to the maintenance team for being so good, the place is beautiful, the apartment itself no complaints I love it, but the parking situation is ridiculous. This would've easily been a 5 star review if there wasn't such a huge issue.

The application process at The Mark has honestly been very frustrating and disorganized. From the beginning, I had to call multiple times just to get updates on my application instead of receiving timely communication from the leasing office. When I finally spoke with someone, I was informed that I was approved with conditions due to issues related to my credit report. I explained that the issue was simply because I had fraud protections and credit freezes in place, which I planned to remove. At that time, I was only told that my monthly fee would increase from $22 to $49 due to the conditional approval. At no point was I informed of any significant deposit increase. I also was not informed beforehand that all three credit bureaus would need to be pulled as part of the review process, which would have been important information given that I had fraud protections and freezes in place. When I later spoke with management, I was told they could rerun my application, but that I would need to bring in my social security card for verification. After coming into the office and having my information verified, the leasing manager informed me that the previous employee had already noted that I agreed to pay a deposit. I confirmed that I was aware of the original $700 deposit, even though I was not thrilled about it. That is when I was suddenly informed that the deposit was actually $2,500 instead of $700. I am aware that phone calls are recorded, so management should be able to review those conversations and verify that at no point during my calls was I informed that my deposit amount had increased to $2,500. Had this been clearly communicated from the beginning, I would have made different decisions regarding my application and next steps. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would have made sure all fraud protections were fully removed rather than only removing my credit freeze. Instead, because I was pressed for time at work and trying to secure an appointment quickly, I was blindsided with completely different terms at the last minute. For a luxury apartment community, this application process has been a mess. After waiting almost a week for an update on my application and having to call multiple times, I was simply told things had been “crazy busy.” Now, after all of the delays and miscommunication, I am being given only 2 days to decide whether I want to move forward under completely different financial terms than what I was originally told. While I do appreciate Brittney for attempting to rectify the situation, I am still very unhappy with the overall outcome. While she did inform me that she couldn’t run it again over the phone, had I known I would have made sure. Also I could have done the removal and had time had I been told or called back last week. With an 820 credit score and income well above the required amount, it is extremely frustrating to be asked to either pay a $2,500 deposit or additional monthly fees after such poor communication. This experience has honestly made me question whether this level of disorganization is limited to the application process or if this is reflective of what living here would be like as a resident.
