I recently toured this apartment complex and had such a great experience. Alex who helped me was extremely professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the amenities and leasing process clearly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere, but the excellent customer service is what truly stood out to me. After my tour, I felt confident in my decision and will definitely be leasing here. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the experience was. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Roxanne, and the entire office staff are amazing and answer questions and problems promptly. I wish I had more issues so I could talk with them more haha! Maintenance requests get completed within 24 hours and the property is always well cleaned and maintained. The property itself is so unique and beautiful and the pool is one of the coolest I have seen. One of my favorite apartments I have ever been.

I would like to commend Alex for her exceptional service in the leasing office. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Every interaction with her is pleasant and productive she listens attentively, communicates clearly, and always goes above and beyond to assist residents. Alex truly sets the standard for excellent customer service, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. I appreciate her hard work and the genuine care she shows for the community.

Move-out statement was padded with fake overcharges, nothing matched the unit's condition. Management is rude, turns over constantly, and never resolves issues. Gunshots are a regular occurrence here, maybe from the apartments next door but their loud and you can hear them making it feel unsafe. Avoid this place if you value fair billing, stable staff, and basic safety. Electrical issues were dangerous: fried wiring, wall sockets always hot to the touch, causing my light bill to be much higher here than my current spot due to poor/inefficient wiring. Major safety red flag. I assisted on hiring my own cleaners, the manager declined just to charge me their cleaning fee.
