My AC has been not working for the past two weeks. Despite numerous work orders submitted and contacting management 3 times the problem still has not been fixed. Management is no where to be found on site and maintenance is very unresponsive. It took numerous times asking for a window unit for us to get one that barely can keep one room somewhat cool. My apartment has been 80 for the past 2 weeks and my electric bill has doubled trying to keep up with the heat outside. I’ve been living here for 9 months now and the experience has been good up until now, but this is also the first major issue that has come up and they’ve done a horrible job addressing it. I will not be renewing my lease.

I’m extremely disappointed with how Huntington Meadows handled my move-out charges. I was assessed an $85 fee for vinyl floor damage that clearly existed before I moved in. I have a completed inventory and condition form and dated photos from my move-in day documenting the damage. Management claimed they did not have my inventory form on file, but that’s an internal recordkeeping failure—not a valid reason to charge a tenant for pre-existing damage. I provided the documentation once requested, yet the charge was still upheld. There is no reasonable or contractual justification for billing a resident for damage that was documented at move-in and proven with photographic evidence. I paid the undisputed portion of my move-out balance in full ($750.10) in good faith while attempting to resolve this fairly. Despite that, Huntington Meadows continued to push an incorrect charge instead of addressing the evidence. This situation reflects poor record management and an unwillingness to take responsibility for mistakes. I would caution future residents to keep meticulous copies of all move-in documentation and photos, because management may attempt to charge you later even when damage was pre-existing. I hope this issue is resolved properly, but my experience was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful.

We had a great experience at the condominium. The apartments are comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. Special gratitude to Stephanie as she was especially kind and flexible with our check-in, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience!

I cannot say enough great things about the amazing staff at Huntington Meadows! From day one, they have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure residents and families feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really set them apart. The team is always responsive, compassionate, and willing to help in any way they can. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve, and that level of dedication makes all the difference. Do not move here. Looking at the ledger you are triple billed by the property for water and trash and then billed again through con service nearly $150. This property is a scam. Bs fees that leave you paying nearly $300 in fees they trump up. The unit should ONLY BE AT MOST 1300 literally! But they are inflating fees to con you out of more money for nonsense. Corporate is a joke and no help. I was bombarded by roaches this week because in the building they treated surrounding units, which caused me to get invaded aggressively and when I called all they could say was oh we will send them out NEXT TUESDAY! If you are treating one unit in the building be smart and treat the whole building!! Now I have to fight off new species of ants and huge roaches until you send out pest control once a week…. How convenient.
