I have been living here for last 3 years, and it probably is one the best managed properties. Its clean at all times, the neighbors are great, no loud music or disturbance ever, surrounding are secure, no safety incidents for the most part. There have been several repairs that were done on time. I once had my central AC not working, and I got a inunit replacement within the next 30 mins of calling in that my ac wasnt working. We had to replace a few appliances over the course and majority of them were done same day if not then the next day, sometimes even over the weekend. I think the main reason is the property managers and the team here, especially Glen, who warmly welcomes residents to the office, helpful each time. They also do these cute things for resident birthdays with gifts and all. Overall, would highly recommend this place.

We are thrilled with our new apartment at Uptown Landing. The second phase is brand new, so there are still a lot of things moving toward the total completion of the complex and it is so fun to watch as things are getting done. As any new build goes, there have been a few minor kinks in our unit but the staff and maintenance personnel are absolutely awesome and have been quick and efficient to take care of things as they arise! I love waking up everyday, coming home from work everyday, having friends over, and just enjoying our new space the kitchen and living area give us to live in. Oh, and we absolutely cannot wait to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces this upcoming spring and summer! We love Uptown Landing, it's the perfect place to call home!

My name Sharlene and I came not to long to check out these AMAZING apartments!! The staff were so nice and explained everything in great detail! I would definitely recommend going here if your looking for a place to live.

Elegant and modern apartments with posh amenities at a very affordable price point. The community is great with excellent staff and managers. The neighbors are friendly and respectful the environment is clean. Many fun things on the property including pickleball courts and a great pool space. Pool table and business center, and delicious, fresh brewed coffee available. Very safe, and all in College hill! I would definitely live here again if I was back in Wichita. It's the perfect location for those who like a peaceful neighborhood with restaurants/shops/coffee within walking distance. In my opinion, the best apartment locale.

Had the pleasure to stay at this residency for the past 18 months before having to move for my job change. The apartment amenities, cleanliness, maintenance attentiveness is the best I've ever experienced. 0 pest issue, frequent residents social event, quick response time. Shout out to Glenys for being such an excellent leasing manager. She cares a lot about the property and her residents. I would 1000% recommend this property.
