I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Innes Station Apartments in Wichita, and a big part of that is thanks to Pam! She is absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents feel at home. From the very beginning, she made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, and she continues to be responsive and attentive whenever anything comes up. The property itself is well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location. I highly recommend Innes Station Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Just finished my application at Innes Station Apartments. I toured the facility yesterday with Property Manager Pam Barnes. She was very happy to show me the facility and was very knowledgeable. She was available to help with my application and answer any questions I had. Pam you're the best!!! Can't wait to move in.

We’ve loved calling Innes Station Apartments home for the past 2.5 years! My fiancé and I moved here from the east coast, and from the very first interaction, the experience was exceptional. Pam went above and beyond—even FaceTiming us while we were still in NY so we could tour the apartment virtually. The location is fantastic—close to everything like the farmers market, breweries, or any festival going on downtown. The huge windows in our unit filled the space with natural light, and really made it feel like home. One of the biggest highlights has been the incredible maintenance crew. They are responsive, professional, and anytime we needed something, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Innes Station made Kansas feel like home, we are so grateful we found this place!

Pam was exceptional! She was always professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything that came up. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does and cares about the people who live here. Truly appreciate everything she’s done!
