I honestly can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. From day one, they’ve been the most accommodating place I’ve ever lived. The sense of community here is amazing—you really feel like you’re part of something, not just renting a space. The apartments are beautiful, updated, and very well-maintained. Somehow, the entire property always smells naturally clean and fresh, which is something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. They’ve also thought of the little things that make a big difference, like having carts available for moving groceries or larger items in and out—it’s incredibly convenient. The amenities are top tier. The rooftop pool, gas grill, firepit, gym, storage units on site, garages, and the view are absolutely incredible. It really elevates the whole living experience. I also can’t wait to attend all the community events they’ve been planning! A huge shoutout to the property managers, Sidney and Alex—they are hands down the best I’ve ever had. They’re responsive, kind, and truly care about the residents. Having them on-site makes everything feel more personal and well-run. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and is managed by people who genuinely care, this is it.

We needed to find a place for a family member and looked at many places. Taylor was AWESOME! She showed us a few places and answered all the questions we had about locations and the city. We love this building and the coffee machine also is great to have in the building. Very clean and couldn’t be more happy!!

Colorado Derby management has been amazing in the application process and keeping me update on availability. They have been so kind and gave a wonderful tour! I'm excited to live here!

I live on the 7th floor and these pictures I have been able to capture with the views are my favorite. My hallway always smells good and they do such a great job at keeping it clean. The YMCA is only 6 min away but when you don’t feel like going there, you can just workout here at their 24/7 gym. Angelique has always been so quick to answer my emails and maintenance is on top of things. I have honestly enjoyed it here. In the summer I would eat dinner at the rooftop and enjoy the sunset. The pool is perfect for tanning and just relaxing. The gated parking makes me feel better about my car being safe downtown.

Rachelle was amazing at finding time in her schedule to accommodate our schedule to tour the Colorado Derby Lofts. The lofts were extremely clean, bright and spacious. We loved all of the windows in each loft that we toured. Each space has amazing views of downtown Wichita.
