Moving into this community has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Brandi helped me secure my dream apartment—complete with a half bathroom that makes hosting guests so much easier. Emmy is always welcoming at the front desk and ready to help with any quick questions or concerns. Phillip even helped me secure a referral bonus, which was a great added perk. Ray, the main maintenance technician, has been consistently reliable. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been completed in a timely manner, often within 24 hours depending on the urgency. It’s rare to find a team this responsive and genuinely committed to residents. The location is another huge plus. This part of Wichita just makes sense for my lifestyle—it’s only a 15‑minute commute to downtown, and there are plenty of walkable areas and quiet spots to get work done. The amenities here are truly impressive: a pool, pickleball courts, miniature golf, a golf simulator, a convenience store, an in‑apartment gym equipped with massage chairs, and free reservations for common areas. It feels like everything I need is right on-site. With great staff, a convenient location, and amenities that go above and beyond, what isn’t there to love about this place?

I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Union Mills! Brandie has been absolutely amazing to work with throughout this entire process. She has been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Emerald also gave me a tour of the property, and it was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. She is so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Both Brandie and Emerald have made this experience so positive, and their kindness really stood out to me. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like a place I’m proud to call home. I can’t wait to officially move in and become part of the Union Mills community!

Union Mill was a wonderful place to stay. The facility was always clean, safe, and every worker was exceptionally kind. There is a great sense of community and we made friends with many neighbors. Thankful we chose Union Mill as our home, even if it was for a short time.

I had a great experience with Union Mill, thanks to Brandie. She was incredibly helpful and genuinely caring about my situation. Even though they didn’t have a furnished short-term rental available, she took the extra time to give me solid options for unfurnished units and connected me with a company that can provide furnishings. I really appreciated her kindness and effort!

I've recently been relocated to the Wichita KS area and was searching for my new residence. I had walked several communities throughout my area and found Union Mill to be the most appealing of them all. The price points were reasonable, the property very attractive but most importantly the sales team on staff, specifically Brandie & Emmy were hands down the deciding factor in deciding to make this my new residence. I would def refer them and their property to ANYONE I came across in similar circumstances. Whether short term or 12-month they are most accommodating. Thank you.
