Toured with KJ in April and she instantly made the complex feel amazing. We moved in a couple weeks later & she has been the absolute best property manager. She is always friendly and helpful but mainly she’s just very real. She won’t lie or beat around the bush but still super professional. My dog is also loves her so no complaints. We love this complex and the people in it. We’ve made good friends since moving in and don’t have many complaints about other residents.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever called home. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the outstanding services. The management team is always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns or any maintenance requests. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. The appliances are top-notch, and the design makes the space feel bright and airy. I love the hardwood floors and the large windows which really elevate the living experience. The amenities are fantastic as well—whether it’s the pool, gym, or the community lounge, there’s always something to enjoy.. I also appreciate the sense of community here. The neighbors are friendly, and the location is ideal for both work and leisure. Security is also a top priority, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m living in a safe and secure environment. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here. It truly feels like home, and I would highly recommend the Flats 324 to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable living experience.

The Flats 324 is like a sanctuary tucked in the heart of downtown! The office staff is so wonderful and friendly! They love dogs, wave hello in passing, and are quick to respond to questions or maintenance concerns. The maintenance requests are answered either same day or within 24 hours and they are thorough! I don’t have to worry about security issues as the entire property is gated and there are plenty of cameras. I love living here.

The Flats is a great place in downtown. Management is friendly and maintenance handles work orders quickly. 10/10, would recommend!

I have been looking for an apartment for over a year. Have toured so many it’s hard to count and was getting so frustrated. I decided to try one more and it was best decision I have ever made. I set up a tour with Jess . The moment I walked in I could feel a special feeling. Jess treated me like a real person not like the others.I went home and really thought it over and over. I realized this was the right place for me. I came back and filled out the paperwork and the rest is history. Came to picked up my keys and found out Jess was leaving. This is went i meet Kim. And like hers I felt the same feeling. I don’t how you guys find your people, but keep up the awesome work. Those two are some of the best people anyone could ever come across.
