I have lived here for about a year...the neighbors are all friendly and I like that the complex is gated, well lit and recorded. The Property Manager Anaise is always courteous and accommodating and has gone out of her way on several occasions to make living here comfortable. You'd be hard pressed to find a better apartment or loft to live in in the Riverside area, which is an ideal place to live in the city!

For anyone looking to live in downtown Wichita this is the place to be. Its gated, comes with free basic wifi, washer and dryers and I would always get complements about the apartment. I had the loft and I loved it! Even the maintenance crews are really nice. And above all else, the manager Anais really is amazing. There's a reason people continue to rave about her. She's kind, and helpful and it doesn't feel like she's doing it just because its her job or just when you're moving in. She genuinely seems happy to help, and she will. Honestly, she's going to be the new standard I hold every apartment manager to, and I doubt it'll be met by anyone else!

I’m extremely disappointed with the complete lack of communication from Pinnacle Loft Apartments. I scheduled a tour and was stood up twice — no call, no email, nothing. I’ve left four voicemails, sent emails, and even submitted a message through their website portal, and I haven’t heard back from a single person. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a huge waste of time. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can only imagine how they treat current tenants. This experience has made it very clear: DO NOT LIVE HERE

I am currently a tenant at Pinnacle and wasn’t very impressed with management the first few months, but recently new management has come in and made some great change —starting with the new property manager, Anais! She is AMAZING! Since day one, she has made a constant effort to build relationships with tenants and has not only listened but IMPLEMENTED a lot of concerns and changes I suggested to her. She really does care about the lifestyle and what Pinnacle represents. I am very happy and thankful to have her as our property manager. If management is a big thing for you and your apartment search, like it was for me, then I highly suggest you come in and see what she can offer you here at Pinnacle :)

I have lived at several communities and this is by far the best one yet! I was helped by the property manager Anais and she was so informative and professional. She made the move in simple and straight to the point. She didn't sugar coat anything and gave me details on everything I needed to know. I would definitely highly recommend Pinnacle Lofts for anyone trying to move into a small community that is safe and clean. This place has free wifi and washers and dryers in every apartment at no extra cost! This place is the place to be!
