These apartments seem like they would be great if you have a car. The converted hotel situation honestly seems like it'd be awesome for just one person, but there is only one exit, and the way downtown towards the transit center includes a hill with no sidewalk, and a walk across kellogg. If you're considering this place for proximity to old town, it's a great affordable choice. If you're considering for proximity to the transit center, you're going to need a bike and that may not cut it. Seemed clean and renovated, and management seemed great though.

I have loved living here. I have lived here for almost two years. I have always been treated well and with respect. Autumn in the office is amazing and is always very helpful and an amazing person. Tammy who does the maintenance is always on top of things and makes sure that we have a maintenance need it is taken care of and in a timely manner. Both of these ladies make living here a joy and go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of.

I have nothing but great things to say about Main Street Residences. I have been a resident since July 2025, and it has been a comfortable, pleasant, and peaceful stay. Autumn, the Staff Manager is professional, courteous, and honest. She goes above and beyond the call of her position to relay information, process paperwork, and communicate with residents. Tammy, who is Head of Facilities also deserves special recognition. I have not encountered anyone (since I have moved to Wichita) who is as forthcoming, prompt, and personable when challenges arise concerning the Property. She is kind and friendly, offers options and solutions, and is right there to let us know when everything is back up and running. In my opinion, these two ladies are the backbone of the nice living experience i have had here. I would also like to state something about the community here. Everyone is nice, and quick to say hello. I am more of an introverted person, and kind of keep to myself, but i have always felt welcome and safe here. I usually do not leave reviews except for needed correction. I happily write this one today. Keep up the good work!

I love my apartment it’s beautiful but most of all I love the management Debbie &Debbie are awesome they have never let me down and Don the maintenance guy has always fixed any issue which in 4 years I have had only 4.. I have not regretted my decision to move here and I hope to meet more of the neighbors soon since I’m not going anywhere until my savior takes me home to heaven…

I'm really frustrated with Autumn, the Main Street Residence staff member, because she needs to improve her attitude and treat people fairly. I also suspect she may be biased. The apartment itself is a disappointment; it doesn't even have an oven, and the washers and dryers are dirty and smelly. For $1000 a month, the cleaning should be much better, especially considering the limited space and lack of an oven. Honestly, it's better to spend your money elsewhere and find a comfortable place away from the drug addicts and activity. It feels like they just renovated a rundown hotel which is still rundown
