This was an excellent experience. The virtual apartment tour was exceptional, and the opportunity to get feedback from the residents is beyond my expectations. This was hands down the best experience with discovering a new apartment I have ever had in my 46 years of living.

Gates are always broken. I can attest that gates have been broken or open for over 6 months of the 9 I lived there. Apparently parts are several months away and always on order. 🤔 The lease was written so that rent seems reasonable until you add in water. Need to buy a washer and dryer. Electric bill is always over $100 a month, closer to $200 most months. Everything is dated inside. Bathtubs are stained. Counters tops are Formica and have burn spots on them. Cabinet trim boards move don’t touch them with your feet, even the the toilet lids look original to build. For $1270 a month you can get a much newer apartment somewhere else and get a washer and dryer provided in unit. Your deposit-application fees becomes fees that they keep instead of a standard deposit. So You’re paying the manager’s salary’s for the corporation that owns this unit. I complained about maintenance being in my closet in my personal things while I was gone! Management didn’t care about my complaint they only said that maintenance has the right to come whenever they want to or have an excuse too! “Emergency” I highly recommend cameras or be home when they arrive! Lawn care is only thing I think money is spent on here. Otherwise bathroom wouldn’t look like an old motel 6.

This place is always behind on maintenance issues. Grass is not mowed regularly, gates take months to fix and then they set the large gates in the front of the property leaning against one of the buildings. That makes us look like a junk yard not a premier property. Management scolded me for not following up after contacting them three times. Not sure they understand it is their job to handle things and not blame us for getting tired of waiting and contacting corporate. Very disappointed overall. This past month they said they were changing filters and checking sinks for leaks. Not sure how they did that with my ring showing they were in and out in under two minutes. My dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes has been this way since I moved in. They don’t keep their dog parks cleaned or mowed.

By far the worst apartment complex. Amanda, the property manager, is extremely unprofessional and passive hostile when an issue arises. I spent approximately $15,000 during my stay and was treated horribly. I had no idea there was mold all throughout the place. I have a baby and he has been having respiratory infections because of the mold. The maintenance team applied two sprays and left. I understand that dealing with mold is more complex which was not done right. They hung up on us, and there was no money returned. I'd advise everyone to go elsewhere!! Anyone else who lives here undoubtedly has mold behind the walls as well. Please get this checked; it's really horrible.

The staff at Cottages of Crestview are wonderful! I put in a request to update my shower head and Robert came the next day! Robert is so pleasant and made quick work in his task! He made sure it worked and was properly adjusted for my height. So very thoughtful! Thank you Robert!
