The staff at 225 Sycamore are very friendly and welcoming! I was invited to attend their winter holiday resident event. The residents there were nice and the atmosphere is very clean and luxurious. Check out there available units!

Just moved in from another wonderful historic building downtown. The apartments and amenities here at 225 are first class, clearly the best apartment property in Wichita. Jennifer has done a great job getting me all set. The location just keeps getting better with so many awesome locally owned bars and restaurants within walking distance and more opening every month! I'm glad I got moved in during Wind Surge season so I can walk over and enjoy baseball in the evening at the brand new Riverfront Ballpark. The pool is amazing, the gym is top notch and the clubhouse is so good I've already booked it to host a party for my company and it was perfect for a group of 50 people.

Gorgeous property, the amenities are top tier. Moved to Wichita for a job and it was the best decision I ever made! The pool is beautiful and peaceful, the fitness center is unmatched, and I love being able to reserve the guest rooms for my family, wayyyyyy cheaper than a hotel. The location is unbeatable, so many events and cool shops and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. I’ve made a lot of friends at the events held here and all of my neighbors have been nothing but welcoming. The girls in the office have been friendly and made my move much easier than I expected. Both the office staff and maintenance staff respond quickly and are easy to work with. Thank you 225 Sycamore for the two years, I wish I never had to leave ❤️❤️❤️

I recently moved out of 225 Sycamore. They changed a few staff members and the difference has been incredible. Ryan is extremely helpful and polite and gets things done quickly. Jenni and McKayla are the same. The maintenance staff is so awesome and friendly. Jeff, Kilo, and Terrance are smart and knowledgeable and take good care of the property. Location is awesome. I shot a music video at the pool! Highly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is clean and quiet, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and management has always been friendly and professional. The location is convenient. I’d definitely recommend it.
