This place is great and I think the atmosphere and amenities are well put together. Brian made my move so easy and stress free. I definitely recommend this apartment to future tenants.

Aloha future Bishop Residence people. I highly advise not to move into this place. When we moved in we were told our bills would not be higher than 200 but we always got bills of 400+. You also are charged 200 dollars for an unreserved spots but guess what? They have like 50 unreserved spots and 100 people that need the unreserved spots. Meanwhile there are so many reserved spots that stay empty. Many times you have to drive every floor before valet will help you. There was so many times that valet were mad at us for asking for help. One time it was midnight and I was coming home from work and they gave me a reserved empty spot but told me that I NEEDED to wake up at 6 am to move my car to an unreserved spot. I feel like they did let go a lot of the rude staff but not all of them. Also for security they are just there to collect a check. They hardly try to help and often are bothered when you ask them for something. One night someone attacked another person in the lobby with something metal and the entire lobby was covered in blood. Imagine calling up the elevator and when it arrives there is a pool of blood on the floor and on the elevator walls. When we got down to the lobby we found blood all over the floor and that's where we heard someone had attacked another person. You are not safe here no matter how secure the building feels. You will be awaken at least 4 times a month in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. You will have to take the stairs all the way to the bottom just to be told it was a false alarm after 30 minutes of waiting outside. I often heard my neighbors through the wall so the walls are thin. If you call security because of noisy people after hours they may or may not come to quiet them down. Also if they get told to quiet down they just go back to be noisy and nothing happens. Just expect no parking, high bills, and living in a dangerous area where even another tenant could attack you. Don't listen to the people because they just want your money and will forget about you the day you move in.

My experience with Brian at The Residences at Bishop Place was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire leasing process. Brian took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and he was able to recommend the perfect unit for us. The building itself is fantastic, offering modern amenities and a prime location. However, it's worth noting that the parking spaces can be a bit tight, and the windows don't open. Despite these minor drawbacks, the building's staff, including management, maintenance, security, and the valet team, are truly outstanding. Their attentiveness and friendliness make living here a truly enjoyable experience. I highly recommend The Residences at Bishop Place and would like to give a special thanks to Brian for his excellent service.

I had a mixed experience the 6 months I lived there. This complex is beautiful and staff is so friendly. However read your lease carefully. Moving out was a nightmare with the amount of fees and charges and the parking situation is even worse. Paid about $500 a month for a parking stall. Overall a good experience but the random costs everywhere was not worth it for the location.

My experience here has been very welcoming. Brian has over achieved the standard in making this place a happy home for me. Overall I give this property complex a 10/10. Anything I need Brian was always there to assist me. And the view and all the amenities that it is close by is what definitely drew my attention.
