I had the pleasure of touring Lilia Waikiki with Ari, and what a wonderful experience it was! She was warm, personable, and made sure we saw everything the community has to offer. I haven’t made my final decision just yet, but Lilia is absolutely at the top of my list. We especially loved the 24-hour gym and the unbeatable walkability to so many great restaurants nearby. Ari is a true gem, ask for her!

I’ve been living at Lilia Waikiki for almost two years and it’s been an amazing experience. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Emma Toy, the general manager, is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly professional, attentive, and always goes above and beyond for residents. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in making this community feel like home. Her assistant Wyatt is also fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Together with the staff, they make everything run smoothly. Highly recommend living here! We love it.

My husband and I moved to Hawaii two months ago, and there was never any doubt that we would choose Lilia. Beyond its perfect location in the heart of Waikiki, I have to praise the incredible team—Brandon, Ari, and especially Emma. Our first weeks in Hawaii were a bit challenging, and Emma was so patient, understanding, and attentive. She answered every question and truly welcomed us with open arms. We’ve now been living at Lilia for two months, and we’re so happy to call it our home. Highly recommended for anyone relocating to Hawaii or even planning a long stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our transition so much smoother—we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome!

We lived at Lilia Waikiki for about four years and had a great experience throughout our entire stay. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and always felt clean and cared for. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very on top of everything. Any maintenance requests we submitted were handled promptly, and we never had ongoing issues or frustrations during our time there. The management team really made living there easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Emma and Brandon, as well as the staff member with short hair who sat next to Brandon (I’m blanking on her name, but she was incredibly helpful every time we interacted). Everyone was approachable, responsive, and genuinely kind. Overall, Lilia Waikiki is a wonderful place to live, and we’re very grateful for the positive experience we had over the past four years. Highly recommend.

Frankie is great! First of all, I was shocked that I put in a service request and received service THE SAME DAY!! That's unheard of with my past experiences of previous rentals. Other apartments took days just to reply and then another week just to fix the issue. Not Frankie! He showed up and knew immediately how to resolve the issue. If he says he will be there, he will be there. He kept me posted on what was needed and I continued to work (I work from home some days) and he never interfered with my productivity as I worked. This is important for someone working from home. He's friendly and has a sense of humor. Good work, Frank! I appreciate the building and you and thanks for being knowledgeable because knowing what you're doing saves time AND money!! Mahalo nui!
