First, the facilities are so ran down and filthy. Definitely not a secure place at all. The homeless are always in the dumpsters that are always overflowing, and sometimes make their way into some of the laundry areas where the door doesn’t secure properly. Went over a month with a stove that leaked gas when operated and management had no since of urgency whatsoever. Had my place broken into(police report was filed) and within my first week of moving in, the water goes out. Dena was so disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and hostile, and acted threatening towards my wife and I all because due to all the extreme safety risks we wanted to break the lease. Wouldn’t recommend anyone military or not to rent from here.

My unit is clean. The property managers are friendly and care about the safety of the tenants and our pets. Pet friendly: almost everyone who lives here has a pet. We have a dog park with a hose to bathe dogs. (I have a cat, so no use of those amenities) Nice location across the street from boat marina, and short walk to bars/ restaurants, the bus stop and Biki Bikes.

If I could I would give it a Zero. Management sucks Especially Deena and the other Blonde lady. They always show up late.. When it's time to voice a concern or anything in particular they have an Attitude problem and really Unprofessional. Just Rude. I really hope instead writing all these crazy reviews they really do something about them in office. Don't get me started on the infestation of Roaches. Those who really live there will know what im talking about. They are understaffed when it comes to Maintenance problems. Homeless people hanging out by the stairs and laundry mat.. Dog Crapp!! Everywhere, bag tied in there front of the Apt and not thrown away. The owners do not pick it. Bins just over flowed. Higher ups if you see this fix this occurring problem that everyone has. Anyone who decides to move in please look at the reviews..

I love our apartment. Cozy, convenient, close to Waikiki beach and Ala Moana. Teshira and Marisa are incredible managers - responsive, friendly, kind and attentive. I am very happy at Moana Vista. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the beach with great managers.

Apartments are in a great location and the management staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance works hard to keep the complex clean and looking pretty! Only downside is the ridiculously loud leaf blowing three times a week in the morning. I wish they would get some silent/quieter ones.
