Overall had a great experience living at this building. But theres a HUGE caveat. The new building owner is obviously making huge rent money from the install of High intensity Phone towers on the roof of the building. Now I feel compelled to let other people know and share the danger this represents. See attached photos and videos of the harmful RF/EMF levels that the installation causes. I was on the top floor and the cell tower was installed right by my bedroom window. Even walking across the road to Whole foods the strength of the RF emitted is maximum on my Trifield meter. Do your own research. Your health is at stake.

There is a large woman with a big hat on who lives in this building, and always hangs out lately near the Ke'eaumoku Walmart, on the street corner near the ramp that leads up to the Musubi Cafe (and beyond that, the walkway leading past Supercuts and Starbucks to the front entrance of Walmart, around the corner). She just stands there in that same spot for hours and hours every single day, begging passers-by for money. I heard her boasting to someone about a week ago that she made $300 a day just standing there panhandling like that, adding shamelessly, "You people with jobs are just living paycheck to paycheck! No make sense I work! I make more money just standing right here!" She used to do the same thing at the Downtown Walmart, until it closed a few months ago. What this woman (I don't know her name or what apartment she lives in) is doing angers me for a few obvious reasons, but primarily because this panhandling money is extra income she's receiving in addition to any government financial aid or rental assistance, and I'll wager she's not reporting it to Kamake'e management during her annual lease renewals.

They are awesome. Management is very helpful when we went to look at the 2 bedroom unit and do paper work and Application they were very professional maintenance was awesome too very kind. I hope my family and I can move in soon.
