Don't apply here for affordable housing if you're a felon or in recovery. The management employs archaic screening policies that are discriminatory. Also my partner and I didn't authorize a background check, yet one was performed without our consent. The application, where the consent form is located, wasn't turned in, yet we were denied even before we were allowed to apply. Legal Aid has since picked up our case . The only reason why I rated CGP two stars is because I was able to move in with a housing voucher and I love my apartment. Too bad the management doesn't know the difference between a promotions charge and manufacturing. (Editted) Legal Aid of Hawaii was able to convince CGP's Management to allow my partner to be added onto my lease. I am now adding 3 Stars because of the cooperation shown by the Management Team. Hey, Progress.

Excellent place to hang out and watch the never ending Soap Opera of the residents. Crazy Anita finally gets evicted after three years of non payment for rent. She goes across the street to tie up her dogs to the fence and sneaks back into the building. Shes blaming everyone else for her problems and refuses to take any responsibility for being the main cause of all the drama in the building for the past couple of years. Security should be given medals for trying to deal with her.

Although, homeless & people with addition problem excited and excited everywhere. Our country faces difficult time more than ever, the reality of the matter is we also facing changes of the world what do we do? Stay home, don't go out anymore? Yes, by all means we all want to be safe, we all don't want to be harm in any way. Good citizens needs to be out and about so the homeless people, perhaps, less worthy of people we judged within our minds are all taking over the streets and entire neigbhorhood. The only way you get rid of them are taking your neighborhood back. Once good people per say in the mixed where we have the courage to help others if something happens together, we can take back our neighborhood. Is time to stop blaming on everything else, start making the difference within ourself, be a hero for your neighbor and friends alike, start caring for one another. Cheap parking. The people are usually very nice. I went by on a night I normally don't travel that way and as I drove up I saw a lady I wasn't familiar with by the entry. I figured she was a customer or possibly an extra staff member. I drove into the lot and rode around for a while to find an empty space that my vehicle could fit in. I saw the lady on one level and then again on the next level. I figured she'd walked down there for her vehicle. I didn't see a park so I rode back up slowly to the higher levels continuing to look...I saw her again on my way...then again...as I got back to the first level, I noticed her attempting to follow my vehicle and out of breath. Was this lady following me on foot?!?!?!?!? No way!?!?!?!? Yes...apparently, it's suspicious to travel from level to level for 10 minutes looking for a park at 5:30 in the afternoon on a busy weekday. 🤔😒 I stopped the car once I realized she was trying to keep up and was flustered. I said, "did you need something?" She said, "are you looking for something?" Blink blink...we're in a parking lot lady..."I'm looking for a park." Then she says, "there's plenty of parks" pointing at some that clearly were marked "compact." I don't have a compact vehicle. "Yes, I see...I'm looking for a park I can fit in without scraping my vehicle." Her: "well, this is all we have." Blink...blink...is this lady telling me to leave a parking lot after searching for a park for about 10min???? "I'll park in one that opens up. There's one opening up now." A guy was leaving in a regular park where I'd stopped when I noticed her, near the entrance. I parked and went on about my business. I walked to the restaurant I'd come to visit to pick up food and walked back to the car and left the garage all within 30 min--that's including the time it took me to find a suitable parking space. Cost: $0 .75 if memory serves. Great deal. Bad customer service. I'm sure that if anyone thought something was up with me riding around after watching me go up and then back down, it would have been obvious that I was looking for a park big enough for my SUV. A bit ridiculous... Otherwise, I've never had an issue parking here and it's cheap. Recommended if you're in China Town.

after 5 years on the street i was amazed at getting such a nice place. washer and dryer were new (current sale model on whirlpool.com). a few weeks in i get a call saying "tomorrow between 8 and 10 someone will bring you a new range {stove/oven}". wow, i didn't even ask. changed mgmt in june, much better. easier to work with. love living here!
