I use to live here and never had any problems with them. The building was always clean and the parking area as well. I had a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. The management company those years was The Related Group and they weren't that bad. I still have my copy of the contract. Thank you kindly. Mrs. Dominguez

I would like to put 0 stars. But you can't, the truth is a lot to wish for with the staff who works, Iris is a totally bipolar person, one day she is the kindest person in the World for you to move to that place and then she is the worst person in the world, she doesn't care about the other people, she mistreats visitors, residents, etc. a total discrimination against us, When we asked her to talk to a superior to solve our problem and she told us that she was the owner and ignores us all the time. The establishment sucks, full of dog dirt, smell of cigarette in the elevators, in addition to the amenities without any care, in the area there are constant shootings and you can't go out at night.

Horrible management company. I applied not knowing this building was for 55+ and paid too. I didn’t hear anything from them. I called every single day for about a month. On top of that sent lots of emails to the company. Do you think I’ve heard anything back from them? Nope. I got a hold of someone about a month after I applied and they said it was weird and wrong the amount that I was charged and that I would hear back from them when they spoke with the supervisor. Did I hear back from them? Nope. Don’t trust the Richman property services inc. they are a bunch of fraudulent thieves.

Received a message with scheduled appointment. Noone showed up. Everything was closed. Found Chris who didn’t have any clue about availability in this building. No trust even continue to deal with such low key management. Be careful!

Their list is closed but the manager was so kind she answered all my questions and pointed me to the right direction. Very professional. And the place looks great.
