Amara Wynwood is a great building with amazing amenities and really good prices for the area. The community feels modern and well-maintained. Nicole gave a wonderful tour — she was helpful, friendly, and made everything easy. Definitely worth checking out!

From tour to move-in, the entire team is incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional—their top-tier service makes living here worth every penny.

Beautiful building with incredible amenities, which include a sauna, red light therapy room, resort style pool and 24/7 fitness center. Conveniently located next to grocery stores (Trader Joes & Whole Foods) and right in the middle of Wynwood, Midtown and Edgewater. Monique and Tammy are extremely knowledgeable about the property and are always there to help with any questions. Will continue to bring clients in the near future!

I went to visit a friend and this place is amazing. Is super secure and the staff is super nice even when you are not a resident. The amenities are super clean and in case you have any problems at any hour you can speak to someone and they will solve the issue ASAP. Recommended 100%

I fully recommend Amara! From the location to the amenities, the staff, Just everything!! I felt very welcomed here and Tammy was extremely patient and went over above and beyond to make sure I understood everything! 10000/10 customer service and 30000/10 patience, empathy, and efficiency!
