Urban 22 is a complete scam pretending to be a luxury apartment building. The biggest issue is the parking situation, which is an absolute disaster. No clear signage, no guidance, no warnings — just towing. They create confusion and then punish people for it, and once your car is gone, they suddenly want nothing to do with you. Customer service is nonexistent. Management doesn’t help, doesn’t explain, and doesn’t take responsibility. You’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a person. The apartments themselves are nothing special. Basic layouts, average finishes, nothing that justifies the insane prices they’re asking. They market these units like high-end luxury, but they’re no better than many regular apartments in the area. What makes this worse is that there are newer buildings nearby that are cheaper and actually offer better value. Urban 22 just relies on hype and location to overcharge people who don’t know better. No real amenities. No parking. No service. If you’re thinking about renting or even visiting, don’t. This place is all marketing and no substance.
