Moving is commonly a human experience that people think it is the worst to go through, myself included, but my experience at The Vibe Apartments completely changed my mind. It was all thanks to Lazara, the property manager. From the very beginning, Lazara made everything feel easy. She didn’t just smooth out the moving process, she actually went out of her way to save us money by letting us know about the current promotions, which shaved off some of our moving costs. On top of that, she helped us get approved as fast as humanly possible, and I genuinely don’t think we would have landed here without her. My best friend and roommate Manuela and I have been moved in since last weekend, and I keep catching myself just feeling grateful. We are so incredibly happy with our floor plan + our balcony might honestly be unique to the building, which still feels like a little gift every time I step out onto it. There’s something about this place that just makes us feel better, lighter, more at home. Like we made the right choice. I’m truly grateful for all of Lazara’s assistance. She turned what is usually a stressful, dreaded process into something warm and genuinely kind. Manu and I are loving our new home, the amenities, and everything about living here together so far. If you’re even thinking about The Vibe, ask for Lazara. She’ll take care of you the way she took care of us. Very excited to continue living here and getting to know our fellow neighbors and the management office. Thank you, Lazara, from both of us. You made this feel like home before we even unpacked a single box.

I recently moved into Vibe Miami to the 4th floor the view is amazing and I can honestly say this has been one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve ever had. I toured many apartments before choosing this community, and the level of cleanliness here is unmatched. Every area of the property is consistently spotless and extremely well maintained. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and always clean, which I love because I swim often. The gym is another huge highlight — it’s open 24/7, state-of-the-art, incredibly clean, and has everything you need. The business center is also open 24/7 with Wi-Fi and plenty of space to comfortably work or study anytime. One thing that really impressed me is how clean the hallways and common areas are at all times. The tiled hallways are constantly maintained and you can tell management truly cares about the appearance and upkeep of the property. Even the BBQ areas are always clean and ready to use, and I love that you can be spontaneous and grill without having to reserve anything ahead of time. The parking system here is one of the best and safest I’ve seen. Registered parking for specific vehicles keeps everything organized and prevents people from parking where they shouldn’t. It also gives residents extra peace of mind knowing only registered vehicles can access the garage. The parking areas themselves are always clean, well lit, and secure. The pet park is AMAZING — easily one of the largest and nicest in the area. It’s always clean, well maintained, and perfect for pet owners. Even the outdoor furniture throughout the property is modern, comfortable, and kept very clean. This is a Greystar property, and I truly have to recognize the manager, Ronny. From what residents who have lived here for years have told me, the positive transformation he has made in just over a year has been incredible. My friend who has lived here for over 3 years constantly talks about how much the building has improved under his management. One major thing everyone mentions is that the elevators never break down anymore, which says a lot about how well the property is being maintained. The resident events are also on another level. This year alone they hosted multiple pool events with food, drinks, and music, creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, attending one of those events with friends was one of the reasons I decided to move here myself. The entire community feels peaceful, quiet, safe, and relaxing. The ambiance here is calm and upscale, and the team truly makes residents feel like VIPs. I’m beyond happy living here and absolutely plan to stay for a very long time. After living here for more than two years, I can confidently say it has been an excellent experience. The management team has always been attentive, professional, and willing to help. The maintenance staff responds quickly and handles any issues efficiently. I would especially like to recognize Lazara, who consistently provides exceptional service with kindness and professionalism. She genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. The property is always clean, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it truly feel like home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to call home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just have to say that my experience at the vibe has been an absolute dream thanks to lazara! Extremely communicative and helpful throughout every step! She makes me feel right at home and so comfortable. A literal angel on earth! I can’t thank her enough!!
