Suja and Danesca were great. Move in process was super easy, the building had a special for 1.5 months off for moving in. I had no problems, and my unit is beautiful. The building uses a lot of convenient technology for the residents and I could move in quickly.

Moving into a new place can be stressful, but my experience was surprisingly smooth and positive from start to finish. The entire process felt organized, efficient, and much less overwhelming than I expected. I especially want to give a big thank you to Sujairy, the lease officer, who was incredibly helpful throughout everything. She was always responsive, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really made a difference and helped make the transition into my new apartment feel easy and welcoming. I’m very happy with my new home and truly appreciate the support I received during the move. Highly recommend!

Sujairy Jabram is an absolute gem! As Assistant Manager, she goes above and beyond every single time. From the moment you walk in, her warm and professional attitude makes all the difference. She handles everything with grace, efficiency, and a genuine smile. The team clearly looks up to her, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. If you’re lucky enough to deal with her directly — you’ll know exactly what I mean. Hands down the best Assistant Manager I’ve come across. Keep it up, Sujairy! 🙌

I lived here for a few years and can honestly list out the pros and cons of this building. With the pros being minimal to none. With that being said, the reviews here definitely seem to be inflated and/or incentivized. The building is in a somewhat of a convenient location. It's close enough to Brickell and Downtown, and somewhat walkable during the day. It also a building with only 12 floors, so the wait for the elevator (when they were both working) was not long. During my first year, we had flooding issues on lower floors, the management at the time was horrible, and the new and current management that came in afterwards was better, but not the best. I agree with another review that the manager can be condescending. This building also has a severe infestation problem. I dealt with it when I first moved in despite keeping my home spotless, and although they charge for pest control, I had to find a solution on my own. I had also seen roaches in broad daylight in the lobby and the gym. Disgusting! When I brought it to management nothing was done or they would deny the issue. It was an absolute nightmare. The garage door when I was living there was always broken - a huge safety concern for me as I lived alone. During this time, someone sketchy and high on drugs entered the building and stayed loitering around my door. Unacceptable. Everything took forever to repair. There was no cleaning on the weekends so the elevator and lobby will get nasty real fast, dog pee and poop everywhere, and you would have to wait for Monday to be able to breath again. I understand all my Miami buildings have their issues, but I think the pest and the safety issues I encountered while living here really sealed the deal for me. I would not live here again if the rent went down to $0.

Today we move in. The process was simple and straight forward so far. Daneska was able to be reached via email and replied frequently and in a timely manner! This is our first time renting together and answering all our questions made it less stressing. Can’t wait .
