I had an amazing experience at Panorama Tower in Miami and wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible team there Especially Elizabeth Brunely, who was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The entire Panorama staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and run with a high level of professionalism. Whether you’re new or going through a challenging time, they truly make an effort to help and guide you. A special thank you to Property Manager Dyanne Zamora, Assistant Property Manager Elizabeth Brunely, Project Director Lorenzo Rodriguez, Management Coordinator Jennifer Mendez, as well as the maintenance and security team including Eduardo González Enríquez and Davidson Omega. Every single team member plays a role in creating such a positive environment. I would highly recommend Panorama Tower to anyone looking for a place to call home. The staff here really care, and it shows every day.

Living on the 85th floor of Panorama Tower is nothing short of a dream come true. Every morning, I wake up to the most breathtaking panoramic views of Miami imaginable – the sparkling Atlantic stretching to the horizon, the iconic skyline, and the vibrant energy of the city below. It's a sight that never gets old. The penthouse itself is a masterpiece of modern design, spacious, airy, and filled with natural light. But what truly sets Panorama Tower apart are the exceptional amenities and service. The state-of-the-art fitness center rivals any private club, and the steam room and sauna provide the perfect retreat after a workout or a long day. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and Dyanne, the building manager, is an absolute gem - always going above and beyond to ensure every resident feels at home. Simple conveniences like the package room, the well-stocked convenience store on the 19th floor, and the delightful coffee shop on the 18th make life effortlessly easy. The pool area is an oasis, offering a tranquil escape with stunning views. Even entering the building is a pleasure, thanks to the impressive lobby and the always-efficient valet service. While other commitments are sadly pulling me away from this paradise, I know that if I ever return to Miami, Panorama Tower will be my first and only choice. It's more than just a place to live; it's a lifestyle. It's a place where luxury, convenience, and community come together to create an unparalleled living experience. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent here, and I'll miss it dearly.

Nice building with spacious apartments and great amenities, especially the enormous pool. Friendly and helpful management and maintenance teams. I want to give a special shoutout to the Panorama Fit program, which I think is the real differentiator from all other apartment buildings. Head trainer Harvey has created a real supportive fitness community here with daily (free!) fitness classes and a roster of amazing trainers offering everything from HIIT to strength training to yoga and pilates. Along with Harvey, Ashtain, Jil, Kensley, Serena and Jamel all kicked my ass in the best way, and transformed my fitness level and overall approach to health, not just through fitness instruction, but with their advice and constant encouragement. I'm really grateful to Panorama for offering this amazing program to its residents. If I move back to Miami, I'd love to live and train there again.

Inquired about an apartment , called and spoke with them to schedule a showing. Told them I was available that day. They said they would call back and had received my online inquiry. Never did. There’s zero excuse for that and is just poor professionalism and communication. It also shows a lack of respect and consideration.

Panorama is one of the best buildings in Miami. As soon as I saw the view from the balcony, I knew I would stay here for a long time. Inside the apartment is very spacious and modern. Also a huge benefit for me is that it is not furnished and you can style it to your own liking. The management and other stuff are reliable and always ready to help. Panorama is very secured building, you don’t have to worry that someone can break into your unit, etc. I feel safe walking alone even during the night. If you live here, you don’t really have to drive too much as there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, mall, beauty salons, walking paths, etc. Even though, the building is pet-friendly, it’s always very clean, the elevators and lobby smell nice.
