My experience at Maizon was exceptional! My mother and I traveled from Washington, DC to Miami to visit Maizon after reading excellent reviews online about the building. We were received a very warm welcome and the tour began. The leasing agent started with showing us the amazing amenities. I don’t know where to start! All of the amenities are beautiful. The pool looked like a pool you would see at a hotel. The gym was incredibly clean and had all the equipment you would need to have a sufficient workout. The club room was phenomenal. It was extremely spacious and the views are top notch. The actual apartments are just as incredible as the amenities. The apartments have high ceilings, great closets and bathrooms. I can’t say enough how amazing this building is. If you’re considering moving to the Miami area Maizon is the place to live!!!

This past Sunday at the pool deck was genuinely unacceptable. There were glass bottles of cheap prosecco and glass beer bottles scattered around, Glass Bottle of cheap Espolon, a speaker blasting loud “boom‑boom” music across the entire area, and an overall level of disruption that made it impossible to relax. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the person responsible for this behavior was an employee of the building. You would expect staff members—especially those representing the office—to lead by example and uphold the community standards. Unfortunately, that was not the case at Maizon this weekend. I’m not sure what has changed recently, but this type of conduct is completely inappropriate, particularly from someone who works here. I come to the pool to unwind, read, and enjoy the sun. None of that was possible due to the ruckus taking place. If this is the direction Maizon is heading, I will seriously reconsider renewing my lease. This experience reflects very poorly on the building and its management.

I had an amazing experience working with Jesus at Maison Brickell. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire leasing process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and how genuinely he cares about helping people find the right home. He was patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. If you’re considering Maison Brickell, I highly recommend asking for Jesus. He truly provides exceptional service and represents the community so well!

I can't say enough great things about living at Maizon. Especially the continuous upgrades. The building is close to everything I need but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. The amenities are top-tier, especially the pool deck and the management team — especially Mariely — is incredibly responsive and attentive. Living here truly exceeds my expectations, the building is always kept sparkling clean. Lots the selections of items In the pool floor, another great amenity.

have never witnessed such an alarming level of unprofessional behavior within this community. I usually look forward to spending my weekends at the pool, but what occurred this weekend was far beyond anything I have experienced here. Numerous residents were visibly uncomfortable, gathering together in one corner of the pool area because they did not know how to address the situation—particularly since the issues were being caused by an on‑site employee. The excessively loud music, the presence of glass liquor bottles in a shared pool environment, and the blatant disregard for the comfort and safety of others created an atmosphere that was entirely inappropriate. More concerning were the reports and observations of inappropriate physical contact with residents and the serving of alcohol shots to individuals who appeared to be underage. These actions are not only unprofessional but also pose serious safety and liability concerns. This behavior does not reflect the standards that Maizon has historically represented. Unfortunately, what occurred today signaled a noticeable decline in the environment and expectations that residents have come to trust.
