Serhii Nikulin 2 months agoJosvany and Florencia are always a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of moving in and throughout the process, making life simple with any requests and questions I had! Highly recommend Grand Station, leasing services are always top tier you are not going to be disappointed! 💯💯💯
Jorge Gonzalez 5 months agoI had a great experience visiting this community. The property was very clean and well‑kept, which made a strong first impression. The leasing staff, Florencia and Josvanny, were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the tour. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and made the whole process feel easy. Definitely one of the best leasing teams I’ve met.
Rafael Perez a month agoI would not recommend living in this building. However, I do want to add that the only positive thing about living here is the people (contractors) who work here. The cleaning staff (one lady in particular with blonde hair- she is the sweetest) are always so sweet and kind, and they keep the property impeccable. The maintenance team is always friendly, and the security staff are consistently helpful. These are hard-working people. I have no issues with Florencia Gomez. She was very professional, helped me during the move-in process, and has always been pleasant to deal with. The other two staff members in the leasing office have also been professional. They're simply doing their job and I get that. The problem is the management they work for which is CHEAP. My main concern: I moved into a one-bedroom apartment and immediately noticed that the windows in both the living room and bedroom were filthy. They are covered in grime, stains, and dirt, to the point that I can barely see outside. One of the main selling points of this apartment is the city view, yet the condition of the windows completely ruins it. I was promised that the windows would be cleaned, but seven months later nothing has been done. Every time I ask, I receive another excuse. I was even told that window cleaning is expensive. If that's the case, why design a building with large floor-to-ceiling windows that you cannot properly maintain? Residents should not have to live with dirty, stained windows that block the view and make the apartment feel neglected. The elevator situation is terrible. Elevators are constantly out of service, and it is not uncommon to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to get down to the lobby. I live on the 20th floor and often find myself taking the stairs because it's faster. Management appears extremely cheap. The printer has no paper, and residents are expected to provide their own. The steam room has been broken since the day I moved in and remains unusable. But we pay for amenities? Sauna gets messed up too
Colston Hart a month agoStrongly recommend NOT renting here! This building constantly has elevator issues and there are never all 3 elevators functioning at the same time. Residents are completely fed up! There’s nothing worse than starting your day waiting 5–10 minutes for an elevator, only for it to finally arrive completely packed with frustrated residents who have also been waiting. Then after a long day of work, you come home and deal with the exact same thing all over again. Most days, one elevator is broken while another is reserved for move-ins and move-outs, leaving ONE elevator to service a 30-floor building with roughly 300 units. That’s completely unacceptable. For a building this size, 3 elevators is already considered the bare minimum. Standard practice for a 30-story tower is typically 4 elevators. This has been an ongoing issue for years! To anyone considering moving here and taking the time to read reviews before making a decision: please take this warning seriously. I’ve lived here for years, and the elevator situation has been a constant source of frustration with no real long-term solution.
Diego Rivera 2 years agoI have had an amazing experience at this building since day one. Jocelyn and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in and overall living experience. There are events planned for nearly every holiday and the Grand Station team does an exceptional job every time. The amenities are always clean. My favorite is the gym, which has a spectacular view and an outside/inside exercise area.
